I had an awesome experience today at my dental appointment. I was having pain and a friend of mines recommended Angels Dental in Irmo to me. I'm a real chicken when it comes to going to the dentist, when I got there my nerves was shot, everyone in there made me feel like I've been their patient for years.The staff was so amazing, they made me feel so comfortable, the doctor was very attentive to my needs and how I felt, if you're in the Irmo area and looking for a very good dentist, please give Angel Dental in Irmo a chance. I promise you won't be disappointed. I go back on Monday to have some work done. This is my new family dentist.Thank you everyone for making me feel so comfortable. I'm going to recommend them to my family!!

I had my first appointment with Angel Dental today. I am a huge baby when it comes to going to the dentist but everyone there made me feel so comfortable. From the moment I walked in the door until I walked out was definitely the best experience I've ever had at a dentist. They didn't try to add services on that I may not have needed, which I've experienced before. By the time I left I felt like I had made new friends! Definitely recommend them to everyone!

I have terrible anxiety about coming to the dentist, but I'm happy that everyone in this office made my visit a positive experience. Reception was amazing on the phone and in person. The hygienist was so friendly. The dentist was kind. Edited to add: both me and my husband had tooth pain after we left. The places we thought we had cavities and were told we're not any, we had cavities. They had given my husband a filling and it was very close to a nerve. After waiting a month to get into a specialist in severe pain, he had to have a root canal. He should have been referred out in the first place.

Raymond the hygienist is wonderful and pleasant. Dr John is is professional and very thorough. I absolutely love this office! I would recommend this office to anyone.

Easy scheduling. They took me as a new patient within the week. Good service. They are very thorough. Dr. F takes his time and doesn't make you feel rushed.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff! I appreciate that Dr. John, listened to the input I had regarding my teeth. Also, no insurmountable financial pressure! The staff told me what I needed, with no upselling. I have found my new Dentist!

My experience was amazing. From the time I walked in the door and was greeted by LaToya until the time I left, I felt welcome. My dental hygienist, Raymond was fun and friendly. My Dentist Dr. Finucane was so warm. He explained everything to me in a way that I could understand. I felt listened to and heard! I would highly recommend them for your dental needs!

My service at this dental office was nice. I had fast check-in, and the ladies at the front were really helpful. They were very friendly and informative. Also, they give me some great tips to keep my teeth healthy. I will be back.

The office was very sanitary. The receptionist, dentist and tech were both very professional. Best painless cleaning I've ever had. They also explained dental work and procedures to me like I haven't had before! I'll definitely be back

I walked in nervous but they make you feel soo welcomed and they make it a priority to never feel judged the doctor is soo sweet straight to the point while making you feel comfortable thank you to the whole staff you feel right at home walking straight to the door

I came in for a first time visit as a new patient for some swelling in my jaw. From the front desk to the hygienist to the doctor were all extremely helpful sweet and understanding. The office is very clean and all staff were professional. The doctor explained my treatment plan and the hygienist took time to explain my payment options and appts. I'm very happy and excited to start this new journey

UPDATE! FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! They did not give me the new customer $10 Sturbuks gift card claiming It was given to me in the 1st visit; which is a lie because they runned and assured me they would give it to me on my next visit so i said whatever. Please don't go here. It was truly disheartening the way the treated me on my second visit; first they cancelled my appointment, because the dentist was out the office (no big deal) they re-schedule me for another day at 3:30pm mind you all of this happened over the phone. When I went to my appointment they stated I was late and did NOT service me; also they did NOT honor the plan that we had already discussed with the dentist; they claimed that my insurance did not cover my procedure, but when I called mu insurance with the billing code number they advised they do cover it. On top of that one of the hygienist had an attitude, because apparently I was asking too many questions as to why they changed my quote and walked away in the middle of the conversation, and did not apologize for a thing nor re-schedule the appointment. I guess they could not take advantage; they felt some type of way. I can't believe such an unprofessional place exist. Needless to say that I rather go back to my out of network provider and pay more money than at least they are courteous, honest, and honor there quotes Oh and STOP making FALSE advertisement and lying on people. I'm normally scared of the dentist Brenda had made me feel comfortable, they were very knowledgeable the X-rays were easy and the cleaning was easy very gentle didn't hurt at all eased my mind with my wisdom teeth etc.. I will deffinetly be coming back.

I had a great initial visit everything was explain to me very clearly. I had a great conversation about my next visit. I had a great cleaning with no pain. All my x-rays was done with no pain. My future plains was explain to me very clearly and I was very satisfied with my visit today.

I have not been to the dentist in years and was so nervous to go back. But the staff at angel dental made me feel so comfortable. The receptionist and office manager were so kind and welcoming to me. The hygienist along with the dentist were also great. They explained everything to me and were very patient. Will definitely be returning!

The atmosphere here at Angel dental is very welcoming, friendly and polite. No pushing extra services on you, straight to the point and very knowledgeable and helpful with all your questions. I will be coming back soon myself and will be recommending them to others! 5/16/2022
