Dr. Andy Yu graduated from the University of Arizona, receiving a BS in Biochemistry and Molecular Biophysics. He then received his dental training at the prestigious New York University College of Dentistry, in New York, NY.

Dr Yu and his assistant, Kim, always take the time to make you feel comfortable and informed. I recently had a terrible toothache and expected bad news and a huge bill. Dr Yu made a minor adjustment on the tooth and I was on my way...pain and bill free. Need I say more?'

I love Dr. Yu and this office. I had been to three dentists since moving to Scottsdale and I felt like they all were in it for procedures and money making. Dr. Yu is a great practitioner and doesn't make me feel this way. He doesn't recommend unnecessary services to up charge and gives top quality service at a good price. I recommend him to everyone.
Dr. Yu is an extremely personable dentist who genuinely cares about his patients. This is evidenced by his warm unhurried manner despite a busy practice and a personal phone call as a follow up after treatment. We love Dr Andy and all the people in his practice. They confirm and remind of appointments by text, you get in when scheduled, get your 6 month maintenance quick and easy. Dr Andy spends the time to make sure you are comfortable with observations and any recommended treatment. He has fixed some past provider screw ups for me and done a great job. Totally recommend

I have visited a few dentists in the valley over the years, some advocating unnecessary work for thousands of dollars. Dr. Yu is the exception - he is honest & conducts his business with integrity, all while offering professional care with patience. Nancy, the hygienist, is gentle & thorough. The front staff is friendly & attentive. All in all, this is an amazing practice that I highly recommend.

Years ago I had my braces removed from a different office and my teeth shifted. Since then I've been insecure about the way one of my teeth looked when I smiled. As my wedding is coming up, I came to Dr Andy to see if there was any sort of solution. He took the time to not only come up with a plan, but also assure me that he was on my side and would make sure I was happy with the outcome! I just left his office and I CANT stop smiling - he gave me my perfect smile back for such a low cost, in perfect time for my wedding. He also assured me that if ever it's not perfect or if I have questions or concerns to just come right back! Wonderful service.

Dr. Yu is a great dentist and his staff are also excellent. Just had my biannual cleaning and they did a great job. They spent extra time going over a minor issue with my gum tissue and made sure it was addressed. I highly recommend Dr. Yu and his dentistry practice.

Terrific group of people. I've been to dentists that I dreaded seeing because it felt similar to getting called to the principal's office for doing something wrong. I expected to be chastised for not keeping up with cleanings, going so long without seeing a dentist, etc... but not here. My hygienist was the sweetest and most encouraging person I've ever met. Instead of focusing what I'd done wrong, she complimented me on what I've done right and what I could do to make things better. Dr. Andy was great too. Instead of giving me the lecture I was expecting he explained where my problem teeth were and what options he recommended to fix them. Oh! And the ladies at the front desk are very friendly and welcoming too! Hands down, best dental office in Arizona.

Normally, I hate going to the dentist, but not to Dr. Yu's office. All of his staff focus on patient needs. And he knows who you are and is always available for questions and performs excellent dental work.
