Not great. I went in for a routine cleaning that was covered by insurance. When checking out I was told that my cost would be $96.00 for the oral irrigation procedure that was not covered. I never requested nor was I told I would be receiving the treatment. Further, it was recommended that I purchase specific toothpast and oral rinse. I agreed to it but when checking out I discovered if I got a prescription for it rather than buying from them it would be covered by insurance. That would have been an additional $34.00 out of pocket. I strongly suspect that staff is instructed to recommend procedures and products to increase profitability.

I had an emergency appointment because I've been in pain for months now partially due to a broken tooth and the night before my appointment I was in so much pain that I didn't end up falling asleep until that morning and ended up sleeping through my appointment time despite having alarms set up and when I called to see if I could reschedule I was told that I couldn't because they have strict rules about "cancellations" (this wasn't a cancellation) and that I wouldn't be able to make another appointment in any other way I was pretty much tossed aside like I wasn't in pain and didn't matter now I'm stuck trying to find another dentist that will accept me it took me months to find this place and it just feels like I wasted my time it's very upsetting

Just had the absolute best and most pleasant experience at a dentist I've ever had they made me feel like a human and not a ticket number at the meat counter they actually care about your needs I waited 9 months to a year and it was so worth the wait I feel blessed to have them now as dentist highly recommend if you can get into them or need there care it's well worth the wait be patient you thank me later !!!!

They actually treat me respectfully and it's a small clean environment that considering I'm there because of intense pain and getting it taken out is nice . They have always been friendly and I feel welcomed. They do what they can for those that can't pay much and I imagine if they could do more for low income patients they would but unfortunately life's a business. The doctor didn't judge me for asking for pain management and understood my tooth was infected and he had to scrape the hell out of my mouth along with aftercare advice . These guys are stuck with me and without them I'd probably have a brain infection due to an evil tooth .

Had an amazing experience. I am not one for dentists. But I desperately needed a tooth extracted. They were able to get me in within 4 days of me breaking my tooth. The atmosphere was great. They employees were pleasant. They made me feel relaxed and welcomed.

I needed an emergency extraction. I called Androscoggin Dental Group.. A receptionist named Erica was sympathetic and kind. She made an appointment for 8 AM the next morning. All of the staff could not have been friendlier. My painful tooth was removed before 9 AM. There was absolutely no pain involved! I had total confidence in Dr. Perry. If they are accepting new patients I intend to sign up with them for all future dental care. I am thrilled with the attention and service I received from them!
