Dr. Rishi Phakey was born and raised in London, England and moved to New Jersey as a young boy. Dr. Phakey attended Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey for his undergraduate education where he earned his B.A. degree in Biological Science and minors in French and Psychology. Dr. Phakey went on to further his education by receiving his Masters Degree in Biomedical Sciences & Oral Biology from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey before earning his DMD Degree from the University of New England. Dr Phakeys #1 passion outside of Dentistry is travel and he is often jet setting around the world. He enjoys immersing himself into new cultures and is very fortunate to have lived in many different countries and experience the vastly different continents. Dr. Phakey is trilingual and is fluent in French and Hindi in addition to English. His other interests include cooking, swimming, going to the beach, and staying active. Additionally, as a teen, Dr Phakey proudly attained the rank of Eagle Scout, Scoutings highest achievement. Dr. Phakey enjoys all aspects of dentistry and likes to form long lasting relationships with his patients. He is thrilled to be a part of our team at Androscoggin Dental Care and live here in the great state Maine!
Julie lived up and down the East Coast growing up before her family settled in Dixfield Maine, where she quickly fell in love with her quiet neighborhood. She grew a passion for making a positive impact on her community and that passion has carried on to her professional life. Julie has been working in the Smile business since 2018. In her free time, she loves visiting her family in the mountains, and chasing sunsets with her niece.
Born in Germany, Nancy grew up in Lewiston Maine. She earned a B.S in business management from the University of Southern Maine while raising 3 children. Nancy Loves to spend time with her grandchildren. She Strives to give all patients the best in office experience possible at the time of their dental visits.
Kourtney is our dental assistant here at Androscoggin Dental Care. She graduated from dental school in 2013 and has been assisting since 2017.She loves working with patients and helping them achieve a healthy, happy smile. She lives in Greene with her daughter Madisynn and their 2 cats. In her free times she enjoys spending time with friends and family, staying active and riding her horse.
Katy grew up in Biddeford. She earned her B.S. in Biology from St. Josephs College of Maine in 2013. After being a student intern with Dr. Kim she found her passion in dental hygiene. She then went to University of New England and earned her B.S. in Dental Hygiene. She is excited to be back working alongside Dr. Kim and his team at Androscoggin Dental Care. She strives for patient comfort while providing the best dental care. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and new nephew. She currently resides in the Portland area with her long-time boyfriend and their fur babies.
Maury-Anne is a very talented Hygienist. She grew up in Lewiston Maine and graduated from UNE in 2007. Outside of office hours she is a supportive mom to her active son Parker and enjoys traveling the world. She has been a practicing hygienist for 13 years!
Christinas mission is to ensure patient satisfaction and make sure employees are happy and thriving. Christina loves the dental field and spends her days commuting between Dr.Kims 3 locations to coach and develop staff. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her 3 children, husband & family!

This is the best dental office I have ever been to. They require masks, which I appreciate, and the front desk, dental hygienist and dentist are all absolutely delightful. This might sound weird but my dental cleaning turned out being the highlight of my day. Professional, friendly, honest and kind. Thank you!!!

Dr. Lina Yue is so sweet. I heavily enjoyed my visit here at Androscoggin Dental Care. Everybody was patient and kind to me and was very clear when telling me what I needed to do. Awesome staff!!!

During a routine cleaning she only gave me an oral inspection, but was very pleasant and professional. Since I have no other history of her work I can only give 4 stars.

As someone who does not enjoy going to the dentist at all I can honestly say that I love coming here! The front office staff is always inviting and friendly. The assistants are knowledgeable and and the Doctor knows just how to put you at ease! Found a dental home!

After many years (40) of not seeing a dentist, I need a tooth extracted. After calling different dentist, which was busy. We called Androscoggin Dental Care, I had a appointment with in an hour. I was greeted with the staff being very courteous. The Dental Techs and the Doctor was great, but do to my high blood pressure, they was unable to remove my tooth. They called the next day and had an opening. I had my tooth extracted and I didn't know it was out until the Doctor showed it to me. The staff, Dental Techs, Doctor all were very professional and with a sense of humor. I recommend Androscoggin Dental Care very highly.

Awesome reception, kind, accommodating, friendly, saw me as an emergency and were able to squeeze me right in! Allyson the hygienist/assistant was very friendly and detail oriented, Dr. Lina was super friendly and kind. She was very down to earth and knowledgeable. All in all it was a great experience!
