The only good experience from this office was the receptionist was nice. Dr. Andrews told me I had gum disease and wouldn't even do a cleaning until I "got that situation figured out". He also prescribed me amoxicillin. I went to a periodontist and was told I in fact DIDN'T have gum disease and shouldn't have been prescribed any antibiotics. Also when I asked to get my chart and X-rays sent over to my periodontist, Dr. Andrews didn't even fill out a chart or take any measurements and I had to take a picture of my X-ray from my phone to send. Horrible experience. Would not recommend to anyone.

My better half went there to get dentures and after he had removed her teeth she had to see an oral surgeon to fix his mistakes. She then decided to go to another dentist for her upper and lower plates, but was told that he had already billed her insurance for the plates and said she picked them up. Now we are going to have to Pay out of pocket for them or she will have to go without teeth until this gets straightened out. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Recovering from the removal of the four wisdom teeth Andrews said I didn't have. Worst dentist to go to, said I needed braces but wouldn't do a referral, did four fillings that needed redone because they were leaking, and much more. If I could give him 0 stars I would.

Amazing Dr. I was so nervous about going had a bad tooth that needed taken care of for far too long. He was very gentle, careful and made me feel at ease and explained everything he was doing. I can't say enough about how great he and his assistant were to me. I didn't have to wait, was taken right back. I even scheduled my next appointment in 2 weeks to get other issues with my teeth taken care of. Thank you for being so understanding of my fear and not making me feel bad for waiting so long.

Dr. Andrew's and his staff was amazing today. Got right down to it. Took x-rays cleaned my teeth and also did an extraction. They were very professional and careful with every procedure. Very highly recommended. Great job Dr. Andrews I really enjoyed my visit today. I will continue doing business with you and will recommend you to family and friends.

Dr. Andrews and his team went out of their way to be accommodating and rapidly assist my wife when she had cracked a tooth. They opened up 90 minutes earlier than their listed hours to fit her into the schedule, and they did that on less than a day's notice . He deliberately communicated with myself and my wife through the process and helped us sort out the best treatment options. Wife spoke well of their team's bedside manner.

I found Andrews family dentistry a few years ago. I love it here. I used to be scared of the dentist and never go. Now I max out my insurance every year and they do a great job! Highly recommend coming here! Thank you Dr Andrews for getting my dental heal back on track!

During the examination he doesn't take into account anything you have to say about your past dental history and has an overall very rude bedside manner. He will also withhold information about your dental record from you. The only reason I left two stars is bc the receptionist is very nice and helpful.
