Dr. White grew up in Mahomet where he was an active member of the bulldog athletic and academic community. He then went on to attend Southern Illinois University Edwardsville where he majored in Biological Science. Dr. White graduated Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine in 2011.
Dr. White spent the first 3 years after dental school practicing general dentistry at a community health center in Southern Illinois. He enjoyed providing high quality dental services to low-income children and adults. After his commitment to community health, Dr. White returned home and entered private practice in Savoy, Illinois. It was during this time Dr. White was approached about a different practice opportunity.
Dr. White and Dr. Wickness have been acquainted for many years and Dr. White was surprised to see him relocate. After hearing the plans of Dr. Wickness and his family, Dr. White was appreciative to have been selected to continue patient care for Dr. Wickness.
Other than dentistry, Dr. White is passionate about his family, community service, Fighting Illini sports, and being outside. He loves camping, biking, water skiing, and hiking. Dr. White is very pleased to continue the quality treatment in the friendly atmosphere that you expect.

I came to Dr. White as a first time patient with sensitivity on a tooth. Dr. White assessed the problem, came up with a plan, and replaced the filling that same day. Generally speaking I don't like going to the dentist and I can get slightly anxious when it comes to dental procedures. Dr. White eased my nerves by explaining what he was doing before he did it. He and his staff were very professional and friendly. 5 well deserved stars!

I just went for my first visit and I cannot recommend this dentist office enough! As someone who suffers anxiety and additional dental anxiety, it's really hard for me to feel comfortable at a facility. From the get-go they all were polite, informative and personable. Dawn did my cleaning and checked everything over. She explained every step- what she was doing, possible causes, asked me a lot of questions. She kept me very comfortable. Dr. White too! He gave me a mirror and actually fully showed and explained what was going on in my mouth! This facility is a breath of fresh air! I've also gone to many dentists that complain my mouth is too small (like I can help it, or enjoy the large tools in my mouth!), but not here. All the tools were just fine, no pain besides the normal stuff. I will be back!!

I am a full time traveler. I lost a large filling this weekend. I called first thing in the morning and they squeezed me in 2 hours later. they are outstanding, professional, and quick. He did 3 filling in the same area because I was already numb. I was no longer numb 4 hours later and had no pain. he has gotta be one of the best dentist I have been to.

I'm not a fake or a bot. My husband and I had some harrowing experiences with other dentists here in Champaign/Urbana. Then we found Dr. White. First, he is an amazingly gifted dentist. He's in a solo practice which is far preferable to the dental mills around here. Stay clear of those who have a ton of workers but few dental professionals. Dr. White knows his stuff and is up on all aspects of dentistry. He is kind and compassionate. Everyone - the hygentists, assistants, receptionist - is top-notch. I am no longer dreading an appointment. Really, folks, if you need a dentist, see Dr. White. And if you aren't 100% happy with your current dentist, see Dr. White.
