Dr. Tibbitts is the owner of Andrew Tibbitts DDS and Associates. He has been practicing in Southern California for more than 7 years. He has successfully treated some of the most complicated cases including full mouth reconstructions and total smile transformations.
The combination of skill, patience, and comprehensive treatment planning is the reason why most of his patients remain loyal to him. His patients give him credit for having a chairside manner that is confident, yet calming. In addition to being a top clinician he is committed to serving the community by volunteering to treat those in need.
Dr. Tibbitts is a graduate of the esteemed University of Michigan School of Dentistry. He is also an InvisalignTM Premier Practitioner, a member of the American and California Dental Associations, and the Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.

Dr. B grew up in Mission Viejo Ca. He studied at Utah Valley University with a focus on Spanish and Biology. He later received his dental degree from Marquette University School of Dentistry. Dr. B fluently speaks Spanish and finds joy in using this in his practice.
Dr. B is enthusiastic about all areas of Dentistry concerning both children and adults. Dr. B takes the time to know each of his patients as individuals and discusses treatment and care with them as such. His experienced and realistic approach leads to a pleasurable dental experience.

Physicians have relied on computerized axial tomography scans (CAT) for years. Today, many dentists rely on 3D imaging scans to provide them with a detailed view of the mouth and skull. 3D scans are quick and simple to perform. A Cone Beam Imaging System is at the heart of the 3D scanner. The cone beams are used to take literally hundreds of pictures of the face. These pictures are used to compile an exact 3D image of the inner mechanisms of the face and jaw. The dentist is able to zoom in on specific areas and view them from alternate angles.
3D x-rays provide our team a more comprehensive view of your entire mouth which helps us locate issues that arent always identifiable in a 2D image. We in turn are able to coordinate treatment planning and dental services to our patients in more depth and can explain treatments with greater clarity and accuracy. Other benefits include:
With our CEREC technology, we can take a digital impression of your mouth, digitally design your restoration, mill your new ceramic crown and place the crown in one sitting, rather than having to send your physical impressions out to a lab to make your crown. Our tooth-colored restorations are metal free, long lasting and extremely durable. With our same-day crowns service, there is no temporary crown involved and you can leave our office the same day with your permanent crown and tooth.
At Andrew Tibbitts DDS & Associates, our Waterlase MD means no more drilling and no more needles. Instead of that awful drilling noise you simply hear a soft clicking. The laser gently removes decayed tooth structure and unhealthy tissue. The laser uses water droplets combined with laser energy, there is no heat or vibration.
Laser dentistry is especially well-suited to the preparation of teeth for fillings, root canals, gum surgery and more, as the laser easily removes decayed tooth structure while conserving as much of the healthy tooth as possible. Very few dentists in California have this level of technology.

I highly recommend Dr. Braithwaite. He teaches while making your smile perfect. His keen eye and perfectionism is great appreciated. I had a cavity that I needed to fill and he performed the procedure painlessly. The hygienists and front desk workers are also very pleasant.

I was greeted by one of their wonderful employees I believe her name was Julie and she was very kind and helpful through my dental experience but the other employee Who's name was Hope exceeded my expectations and made sure my experience was the best possible I would highly recommend this dental office to anyone and everyone

I have been seeing Dr. Bramwell since March. He gave me my options in dealing with my gum disease/bone loss and actually explained the procedures along with the entire process. He really takes the time to make sure you are making an informed decision. Dr. Bramwell, all of the assistants and front office staff are so kind and caring, they always take care of me and want to make sure I am not in pain. I appreciate all of them and highly recommend this office.

As much as I absolutely hate going to the dentist, when I have to go, this is the dentist I choose. The whole office staff is extremely friendly, they make you feel welcome and put you at ease. I come twice a year for my cleanings and yet they always greet me by my name and remember whatever the small talk we had the last time I was there. During the visit, they make sure that I feel comfortable and stop when I start panicking (like a little girl) when I see or hear a drill. I highly recommend this office especially if you are not a fan of dental procedures.

I'm a new patient. I like how they were very nice and accommodating. The lady who cleaned my teeth was really good. She really knows what she was doing tho maybe be a little bit gentle next time and aware coz like the water was dripping my neck the whole time and she didn't care or maybe she never saw it and also changing of gloves every time you touch your computer and back to touch my mouth again. Talk about cross contamination. I also work on a healthcare set up so that's a big NO-NO for me.

Have been going here for a number of years. Very patient focused. Excellent experience and highly recommended. Just today I had to make a special appointment due to an emerging problem. They were able to accommodate me with a morning appointment. They promptly and efficiently diagnosed my problem and initiated the solution. The staff is extremely friendly, effective and efficient. A "high quality" office with a great focus in the patient. I recommend the office for your dental care. Excellent office!!

I'm leaving a 5 star because 6 stars aren't available. The reason being is that Dr. Tibbitts is a 5 star dentist and human being, but also a top notch Pickleballer who arguably may have brought the sport to the Temecula Valley... arguably. But why argue about silliness like a sport named after some crazy lady's dog in Seattle WA? I'm looking for a guy that can keep my chompers in shape and looking fine. He and his team of pro Dentisians will. I'm pushing 5 decades in age now and my teeth are a strong as an ox and brilliant white. That is no joke.

Best Denist office ever. I went to so many different places, that there prices were too high and had horrible experiences. Today I found my new dentist. I had amazing teeth cleaning, the front office staff was super nice, office very clean, they gave me a gift bag to keep my teeth clean and prices are affordable. Highly recommend getting a teeth cleaning and any other dental services. I made another appointment for a tooth implant.
