Dr. Beyer was raised in Belvidere, Illinois. He attended Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine where he received his D.M.D (Doctor of Dental Medicine) degree in 1998. Upon graduation, he moved to Colorado and began his career by acquiring a family-owned private practice.
In 2003, an opportunity presented itself on the Country Club Plaza in Kansas City, Missouri. He chose to move back to the Midwest to continue his love of practicing comprehensive general dentistry. In 2009 Dr. Beyer opened a second location in South Kansas City and continues to serve patients across the metro at both locations.
Dr. Beyer believes a friendly and knowledgeable staff is key to having a successful dental practice. In order to provide the best care for our patients, we strive to stay up to date on continuing education and current technologies in the field of dentistry. Our office has been recognized numerous times for excellence in dentistry in usatopdentists.com and 435 Magazine.

Yo Dr. Beyer's office is always good to me, he's got friendly hygienists who have soft hands and don't stab the eff outta your gums and whatnot, mine is Melissa, but my experience is you cant go wrong. Doctor is funny, and no one seems like they are trying to finance a yacht by selling you a bunch of stuff. Highly recommended by me, a person with teeth, none of which have fallen outta my face since I started going there. Also he's got a plaza location and a Grandview location, for convenience, if that makes him more convenient for you, otherwise it shouldn't affect your decision to let him stick his hand in your mouth.

Went in for my first cleaning in a while. Amanda was very friendly and informative about what I could do to keep my teeth clean. Dr. Beyer was quick and comforting in telling me the condition of my teeth, what future work i should do on them, and why. Overall a fantastic experience!

I had a first appointment with Dr. Beyer and hygienist Melissa after just relocating to Kansas City. I was very impressed with the office and staff. Melissa was welcoming, friendly and interested in learning more about me. Her cleaning was thorough and well-done. Dr. Beyer, too, was friendly and happy that I was going to be a patient. I feel like this will be a great fit for me and my dental care.

I've been going to Dr Beyer since the day he moved to Kansas City and opened his practice. His work is excellent, his attitude and friendliness is top-notch, and he hires only the best professional staff to assist him. It's a pleasure to go there for regular teeth cleanings, and all of the necessary crowns and bridges that happen over a long period of time. I highly recommend Dr Beyer and staff.

I was referred to Dr. Beyer by my retiring dentist. Before my first visit to Dr. Beyer I wasn't sure if I would stay with them past my first appointment. I thought maybe I'd pick up my historical x-rays and head to a dentist that was a little closer to my house. But Dr. Beyer and staff were quick to fix some lingering problems I'd had. I'm very happy with the results. So much so, that I decided against looking for a dentist closer in proximity.

Dr. Beyer and Melissa are great! I have been going to Dr. Beyer for over 10 years. Everyone is personable and checkups are an enjoyable experience! The one time I had to have a filling replaced I was so nervous but it was a breeze! Highly recommend!
