Dr. Andrew Perry is a North Carolina native and 2nd generation dentist, whose initial attraction toward the field of dentistry stemmed from his father, Dr. Wes Perry of Kinston, NC. Early in his career, Dr. Perry found that practicing with gratitude and stewardship would be core values of his work. He believes it is a privilege to be able to provide dental care, and we should carry that torch purposefully, and pass it to others.
Dr. Perry is highly skilled in oral surgery, and has improved the lives of many of his patients as a result. He practices dental implant and restorative dentistry in Raleigh, NC. Alongside his talented team, Dr. Perry is eager to help bring relief and restored function to patients smiles.
Dr. Perry attended college and dental school at UNC Chapel Hill. He completed a general practice residency in Birmingham, Alabama, where he began his hands-on dental implant surgery training. Following that, he moved to Raleigh where he met his beautiful wife and eventually started his own dental practice.
As a lifelong learner, Dr. Perry participates in over 75 hours of continuing education yearly, and is active in multiple study clubs. In 2012, he became a faculty club member at the renowned Spear Institute in Scottsdale, Arizona, and is active in a comprehensive curriculum at the Pankey Institute in Florida. Dr. Perry has been nominated to the International College of Dentists, and currently serves as the NC Dental Societys 4th district president-elect. He has also participated in a local implant continuum in the Triangle.
Dr. Perry is an active member in one of Raleighs oldest civic clubs, Kiwanis. In his free time, he enjoys hunting and serving in his church. Most of all, Dr. Perry enjoys spending time with his family his beloved wife Lacy, their four darling children, and his faithful dog, Woody. Dr. Perry has participated in several mission trips to South and Central America, and volunteers locally at Wake Smiles and the NCDS-sponsored Missions of Mercy clinics.
Dr. Perry maintains many wonderful professional relationships with dental specialists, physicians, educators, and their team members. He strives for excellence in all service endeavors, including learning alongside his associates and patients.
We are very lucky that our dental team has many years combined experience in dental hygiene and assisting with patient care. Ive practiced in Norfolk, VA, Arlington, VA and, for 18 years, in Greensboro, NC. I moved to Wendell when my husband Johns career brought us to Raleigh.Following Dr. Perrys example, I strive to provide top-notch care for my patients.I am proud to be a member of his experienced, dedicated team who also happen to be FUN! At home, I enjoy spending time with John and Finley (our poodle-mix rescue dog), keeping up with family and friends, and relaxing at the beach.
