Dr. Andrew Perry is a North Carolina native and 2nd generation dentist, whose initial attraction toward the field of dentistry stemmed from his father, Dr. Wes Perry of Kinston, NC. Early in his career, Dr. Perry found that practicing with gratitude and stewardship would be core values of his work. He believes it is a privilege to be able to provide dental care, and we should carry that torch purposefully, and pass it to others.
Dr. Perry is highly skilled in oral surgery, and has improved the lives of many of his patients as a result. He practices dental implant and restorative dentistry in Raleigh, NC. Alongside his talented team, Dr. Perry is eager to help bring relief and restored function to patients smiles.
Dr. Perry attended college and dental school at UNC Chapel Hill. He completed a general practice residency in Birmingham, Alabama, where he began his hands-on dental implant surgery training. Following that, he moved to Raleigh where he met his beautiful wife and eventually started his own dental practice.
As a lifelong learner, Dr. Perry participates in over 75 hours of continuing education yearly, and is active in multiple study clubs. In 2012, he became a faculty club member at the renowned Spear Institute in Scottsdale, Arizona, and is active in a comprehensive curriculum at the Pankey Institute in Florida. Dr. Perry has been nominated to the International College of Dentists, and currently serves as the NC Dental Societys 4th district president-elect. He has also participated in a local implant continuum in the Triangle.
Dr. Perry is an active member in one of Raleighs oldest civic clubs, Kiwanis. In his free time, he enjoys hunting and serving in his church. Most of all, Dr. Perry enjoys spending time with his family his beloved wife Lacy, their four darling children, and his faithful dog, Woody. Dr. Perry has participated in several mission trips to South and Central America, and volunteers locally at Wake Smiles and the NCDS-sponsored Missions of Mercy clinics.
Dr. Perry maintains many wonderful professional relationships with dental specialists, physicians, educators, and their team members. He strives for excellence in all service endeavors, including learning alongside his associates and patients.
We are very lucky that our dental team has many years combined experience in dental hygiene and assisting with patient care. But even more importantly, they bring a passion for excellence in what they do. Each one of our team members brings something special to what our patients experience while they are in our office.
Dr. Perry and his team value ongoing education and regularly attend continuing education courses and trainings. Ive practiced in Norfolk, VA, Arlington, VA and, for 18 years, in Greensboro, NC. I moved to Wendell when my husband Johns career brought us to Raleigh.Following Dr. Perrys example, I strive to provide top-notch care for my patients.I am proud to be a member of his experienced, dedicated team who also happen to be FUN! We've been patients here for about 25 years, and even though we moved about 30 min away within the first couple years we have no plan to leave. Everyone is so kind and always very helpful....they go above and beyond! Dr Perry and the entire staff are so knowledgeable and really great at what they do. We've had all kinds of dental situations over the years, some very complex, and have always trusted that we're getting the best treatment.

Called this morning for an emergency visit for my (just turned) 3 year old. As a new patient, she was seen day of, which alone was enough to impress me. My husband took her to the appointment and though he is not easily impressed with Drs offices, he was extremely pleased with the care we received. After interacting with front desk employees, dental hygienists, and Dr Perry, we could not be happier with the quality of service. I was even told by the receptionist that they didn't recommend spending money where I thought I should, which is completely unheard of these days! My husband took the toddler to the apt since I had to stay home with baby and Dr Perry called me (presumably on his drive home) after hours, without being asked, to talk with me about my daughters visit, which calmed so many of my nerves and made me so confident in the level of care we are receiving from him. Dr Perry even told me he reached out to another dentist (pediatric specialist/surgeon) to affirm his prognosis for my daughter and to prepare us/the other dr in the case my daughters prognosis worsened and we were to end up in need of getting her teeth pulled. After living in raleigh for 10 years, and going to 3 other dental offices, I am beyond pleased to have found Dr Perry and his team. I feel at ease sending my whole family here for future dental care. Could not be happier that I found Dr Perry + his team!

As usual. The cleaning and x-rays were well done. AC has a wondrously warm way of doing the profilaxis while keeping her eye for Dr. Perry to check out the work and any other watched previously set in the patient chart. After about 25 years of dental details, my mouth is very happy.

All of the staff here are incredible. Everyone is friendly, welcoming, and go above and beyond to make sure you're comfortable and that your teeth are cared for. Dr. Perry is probably the kindest, most patient, and most caring healthcare provider I've ever had.

Dr. Perry and his team (Anne, Chrystal, Laura, Alice and Holly) are wonderful. Every time going out of their way to ensure you are comfortable, relaxed and fully informed. All bias aside, this is one great practice who operate as one in a family like environment....highly recommended!!

My Periodontist told me that I needed to find a dentist. I said, "I thought you were my dentist". After he explained and informed me about details, he recommended Dr. Perry. I am glad that he did. So far, I've been back to see Dr. Perry several times. His work is exceptional and he takes the time to explain things! His staff is also very great to work with. Two thumbs up to Alice, Holly, and others (still learning names over there. I rarely take time to write reviews, but they deserve it!

I have relocated a number of times and each time we move, I dread the process of finding a dentist! I have had so much dental work so I have a lot of experiences with a wide realm of dental providers! Dr. Perry was recommended to me by a new friend and what a wonderful recommendation! Dr. Perry and his entire staff are very knowledgeable, kind, supportive and so very personable! Dr. Perry is highly skilled yet gentle and he takes time to listen to comments and concerns. Just had three of my teeth worked on by Dr. Perry and his assistant Crystal , both of whom did excellent work .Two cavities were filled and one wisdom tooth pulled. The experience overall was phenomenal! Dr Perry and made sure that the areas he worked on were deadened and I felt no pain during the procedure . The cavities were filled perfectly and they looked incredible. Best of all I felt almost 0 pain after the procedure, which is pretty amazing because I have almost always had some significant pain with past procedures . Ten out of ten on my personal scale !

I Went to see Dr. Perry (for the first time) with a broken tooth, he was able to work on it right then! Although I had to have it pulled, he did a wonderful job along with Laura assisting. He even called me that night to make sure I was ok! I will definitely be making Dr. Perry my regular dentist!!
