In order to earn their certification as orthodontists, Dr. Pedersen spent 11 years in training. Thats four years in college, four years in dental school, and three years of orthodontics residency where they learned the skills needed to manage tooth movement and facial development.
Dr. Pedersen went an extra mile beyond that to become a Board-Certified Diplomate by the American Board of Orthodontics. This voluntary certification demonstrates his personal and public commitment to the standards of practice and life-long learning.
