Dr. Stacey McDonald grew up in the small town of Entiat, WA. She graduated with her Bachelor of Biology at Central Washington University. From there, she traded the mountain life for the sunshine state of Arizona. She attended Midwestern University School of Dentistry in Glendale, Arizona, earning her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree. She enjoyed the desert lifestyle and the opportunity to improve her golf handicap, but she was eager to get back to the Northwest after four years.
Dr. McDonald enjoys all aspects of dentistry, including treatment for sleep apnea. She dedicates herself to lifelong learning through her practice. She continually works her best for her patients, as her goal is to give them the most comfortable, enjoyable experience possible.
When shes not in the office, you can find her enjoying all the adventures the PNW has to offer. She spends her seasons outside: hiking, camping, fishing in the summer, hunting with her dad in the fall, and skiing with friends and family in the winter. She can also easily spend a rainy day binge-watching one of her favorite shows, The Office.

My family has been going to the Cheney Dental Care clinic for nearly 40 years and have never had a bad experience. Dr. Martinssen and his staff have given us amazing dental care and shown that they also care about us as a family. My husband has recently had some serious health scares and the entire staff has been kind and compassionate. I highly recommend them to anyone needing dental care, especially a family that needs caring compassionate dental care.

My husband and I have been going to De Martinssen for approx 8 years,. We have had cleaning, fillings and most recently crowns replaced. The professionalism, cleanliness and knowledge of all employees is exceptional. Their clients are their main concern. I wound and have recommended them to others.

I have received the most professional care from Cheney dental. My entire family now drives from Spokane out to Cheney for their unmatched skill and incredible family atmosphere. They use social media and phone/email to interact and make it incredibly easy to make appointments and adjust them as necessary. Darcy Bollar is a wonderful hygienist and has taken incredible care of all of us. I could not be more happy with the team at Cheney dental care.

From the moment I walked in the door to the moment I left, the staff at Cheney Dental Care were kind, informative, attentive, and competent. Front desk: Misty was right on all of the needed tasks, with a smile! Hygienist: Alison was not only gentle and thorough, but interesting to chat with. Excellent work. Dentist: bile this was essentially just a cleaning and quick check-in, Dr. McDonald was able to give me thorough and thoughtful advice on two teeth that need attention. On top of that, they were able to set me up with a set of appointments that are convenient for me in the near future. No waiting for months s I've experienced with other dentist offices. Glad we found Cheney Dental Care and I recommend them highly.

I was referred by a coworker after having a bad experience at another dentist office. Dr. Martinssen is very pleasant and professional. The way he explains things as he is working is amazing. The last two visits have been to get extensive cleaning done and Allison who has cleaned my teeth is also amazing and does a wonderful job. Thank you for providing great dental care to the Cheney community. The front desk staff are also so friendly and explain everything in a detailed way that is easy to understand. I was just in for a cleaning on Wednesday of this week. The staff there are as friendly and professional on that day as they were on the first day that I went there. I truly enjoy going to the dentist now and appreciate the care I get and leave with not only a healthy mouth but with knowledge on how to take better care of my teeth I was in for a cleaning and once again I received great care. I highly recommend Cheney Dental Care.

Dr Martinssen and his staff exude a friendly, warm, comforting, and fun environment!!! And Dr Martinssen is such a brainiac!!! I feel accepted and well cared for. Everyone's sense of humor lightens the distress of getting your mouth pulled in all directions!!! Perfect place for kids, and adults of all ages!!!

Exceptional Service plus! I live in Coeur d Alene and the trip is well worth it. On a scale from 1-10, they rate a 12. If you are looking for compassion and gentle care, look no further. Cheney Dental has the DOUBLE D, Darcy and Debbie...no other better

Everyone here is polite and very open to talk to, they really take the time to know who you are and remember your interests. The woman who has been taking care of me, Terri, is especially nice and it's easy to talk to her and find common interests. If there are concerns they do not take it lightly and will make sure to check in on you if you brought up a past concern. Every time I go in I actually look forward to seeing everyone rather than dreading the check-up as well. I hope to be around a while longer since I will being going to EWU, thank you to the entire staff, Love Kathryn H.
