I was born and raised in Klamath Falls. I attended Klamath Union High School and each fall I still get excited for the Canal Bowl. I attended Oregon State University and graduated Summa Cum Laude with a B.S. in Microbiology and minors in Chemistry and Spanish. I attended dental school at Oregon Health Sciences University and graduated with Honors. In 2008 I moved back to Klamath Falls and joined my father, Dr. T. Alexander Smith in practice.

I was born and raised in Klamath Falls, OR and graduated from Klamath Union in 2002. After high school I attended Oregon State University and went on to graduate from OHSU School of Dentistry in 2010. I worked as a public health dentist for seven years before joining a group practice in Portland, OR. While in Portland, I met my wife Jade. We now have two young sons.

Have you ever heard of a child that enjoys going to the dentist? I havent known anything different even after he has had shots in his gums, teeth pulled and now wears braces. My son is now 12 and still looks forward to his every-six-month visits. Dr. Smith calls my son by name and remembers that at his last visit he was looking forward to a basketball tournament. My son desires to impress his dentist with excellent oral hygiene because Dr. Smith is quick to tell him when his teeth are looking great.

Dr. Smiths hygienists remember my son as well and ask about a vacation we took in between our six month visits. They intentionally remember details, such as History is still his favorite subject in school.

When we go to the dentist, we expect that were going to receive professional, expert treatment and encouragement to take good care of our teeth. We regularly receive what one would not normally expect personal attention and an actual friendship with our dentist and his staff. Dr. Smiths office is quite a win for Klamath Falls!

Kim Doshier RDH I have been a part of this caring and loving team since 2000. There is not a day that goes by that I dont count it a blessing to work with an incredible group whose top priority is to provide the best care possible for all of our patients! I am a wife to my wonderful husband Dale of 32 years. We have two grown children who are both busy working on developing their own lives and careers. We have 3 horses, 4 dogs and 2 goats and love being outside, hiking, biking, kayaking, camping, or working in our yard. I have lived in Klamath Falls for over 30 years and graduated from the dental hygiene program at OIT in 1987.

Anne Ormsby RDH I was born and raised here in Klamath leaving a few times but always returning back. Dr. Smiths father was my dentist and I always loved going to the dentist because of the staff. When the opportunity came up to work for Dr. Smith about 15 years ago, I jumped on the opportunity. When you love where you work and who you are surrounded by during the workday, it is a win. When I am not working, being with family is a priority. My husband, son and I love being in the outdoors camping, hiking and being around the water.

Megan Dean Office Manager I am lucky enough to have been with this work family since 2018 and am looking forward to working with them for the rest of my career! It is a true blessing to be surrounded by this amazing group of people every day. I originally was Dr. Smiths assistant, but in 2019 began working in the front office. I am now the office manager and am enjoying tackling the administrative side things. I graduated from Mazama high school and returned to Klamath Falls after graduating from Oregon State University. I have two kids who are involved in sports. When I am not at work, I am in a gymnasium cheering them on.

Danie Pendergraft Scheduling Coordinator I grew up on a family ranch in a small town in Idaho. We raised cows, pigs, chickens, sheep, and goats. I love being surrounded by the outdoors and animals. In my late teens and early 20s, I traveled the world. Ive traveled and lived in South and Central America. Ive also visited Japan, Singapore, Cambodia, and Israel. I was given the privilege to live in Thailand for 3 years where I did volunteer work in the Deaf community. My husband and I moved to Klamath Falls to be closer to family in 2015. We are so happy to have found such a wonderful community to call our forever home. We love the beautiful outdoors and the wonderful people that Klamath Falls has to offer. I started working for Dr. Smiths Dental office in the fall of 2020. The staff here are the kindest and most beautiful people Ive ever met. They have been so patient and supportive of me as I start my career. Im so excited to get to know my coworkers and our patients even better in the coming years.
