Dr. Gilfillans expertise in restorative and cosmetic dentistry has made real differences in peoples lives. By applying modern treatment approaches based on the latest advances in clinical science, he strives to provide minimally invasive dentistry to preserve and improve oral esthetics. Dr. Gilfillan is deeply committed to ensuring that his patients receive the best possible service and raise the standard of care in the dental field every day.
Following graduation from the College of William and Mary, and the Medical College of Virginia School of Dentistry in 1993, Dr. Gilfillan completed a general practice residency from the University of Maryland in Baltimore in 1994. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the Virginia Dental Association, the Peninsula Dental Society, the Academy of General Dentistry, where he holds a fellowship, and the Christian Medical and Dental Association.
Dr. Gilfillan is grateful to be a part of the Williamsburg community with wife and three children. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with family, friends, outdoor activities, and serving professional organizations, such as the James City County Rotary and the Lackey Clinic.
Robbie has over 25 years of dental practice management. She enjoys working with a tremendous doctor and team helping patients achieve a healthy and beautiful smile they can be proud of. Outside of the office she enjoys reading, spending time in the mountains with her husband and watching her four grandchildren.
Lanette graduated from Morrisons Dental Assisting Program in 2016. Formally a Dental Assistant, she became a Patient Coordinator in June 2020, to expand her education further. Each day she welcomes patients with a positive attitude and warm smile. She is confident in making every patient is provided with the best care possible. She looks forward to work each day where she says, Everyone feels like family. Her goal is to continue her education to pursue higher positions. In her free time she likes to hunt, spend time with family, and catch up on reading.
Cindy received her training in Charleston, South Carolina and has been a licensed hygienist since 1992. She is honored to be a part of the practice and is completely dedicated to the care and comfort of her patients. In her personal time she enjoys traveling , physical fitness training and spending time with her grandchildren. She resides in Williamsburg with her husband, Billy.
Jordan graduated from VCU in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene. She enjoys educating her patients and making their dental experience as comfortable as possible. In her free time she enjoys running, working out and fishing.
Born and raised in the Midwest, I moved to Virginia in 1994, where I earned my Bachelors of Science degree in Dental Hygiene from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2011. I also hold a degree in Psychology, and previously served as Adjunct Faculty at Thomas Nelson Community College in their Dental Hygiene clinic. I love my career choice! Its so rewarding cultivating relationships with patients and providing chairside care and dental hygiene education. I feel so fortunate to be a part of the Williamsburg community. In my free time I love spending time with my very large and close family. I also enjoy traveling, reading, spending time at the beach and exploring new ventures with my friends.
Teresa decided to become a Dental Assistant in 2005. She loves to help people feel comfortable when they have anything done in the office. She feels it is very important to provide genuine concern along with great quality work. Teeth are very much a part of our bodies and should be taken care of properly. Teresa believes if you take care of your oral hygiene, it will allow you to smile with pride inside and out. In her spare time she enjoys spending quality time with her two boys.
