I was raised in Manchester, KY by my parents Greg and Nadine. I lived there until my graduation from Clay County High School in 2003, when I moved to Lexington to attend the University of Kentucky for my undergraduate studies.
I graduated from UK with a Bachelors Degree in Biology in 2007 and began my tenure at UK College of Dentistry in the fall. I Graduated from UK College of Dentistry in 2011 and completed a one year General Practice Residency at the University of Kentucky.
I am married to Hannah Couch, and together we have four children, Josephine, Harrison, Hayes, and Patrick. I look forward to meeting you, and would consider it a privilege to be involved in your familys care.

this whole office is wonderful! they are just genuinely kind, nice people. they do a great job, are accommodating and hilarious!!! waaaay better than others I've tried and amazing with kids!

Our family has been with Dr. Couch for 10 years now! We love Dr. Couch and his crew and can't imagine going anywhere else. It's not often you find going to the dentist a pleasant experience, but we love going to this dental office. Everyone is friendly and very personable! We highly recommend Dr.Couch!

I'm new to Lexington and had a wonderful first experience with Dr. Couch's office. Everyone I interacted with was so nice and professional. The receptionist was understanding when I had to reschedule my appointment several times and today the hygienist gave me the best cleaning I've ever had. Dr. Couch was very thorough and kind when he checked my teeth. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great dentist in Lexington.

This is a wonderful practice. The staff is kind and compassionate and puts you at ease. Dr Couch is patient and explains the process and cares about his patients. My family just joined this practice and we couldn't be more impressed.

EVERYONE in this office was absolutely phenomenal!!!! From the time you come in, til you're back in the treatment room and at checkout-you are treated kindly, professionally, and like you matter to them. I have been through many unfortunate events that have led me through many dentists all over the world(literally) as we were in the military over 26+ years. I have had military dentists and civilian dentists but I have NEVER been to a dentist who cares and truly wants to do his best to find a way to help. The dental assistants who work with him were so helpful and made me feel at ease and didn't make me feel the humiliation I put on myself. The wonderful ladies in reception also made things so easy and did their best to help me get the appointments I needed both in and outside the clinic and help me with the billing. I am beyond grateful that I found this wonderful group of caring human beings who are truly caregivers. Instead of dreading going to the dentist-I am honestly grateful to be going. Thank you all very much for all that you do!

After 15 years with the same dentist, I was hesitant to find a new one. However, moving to the area, my husband and I knew we needed to take the leap of faith. To say we are pleased is an understatement. Dr. Couch, Samantha, and Kris exceeded my expectations for service and customer experience. The best of the best!
