We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. For patients who require major work, a complete payment plan is designed with an appropriate payment schedule. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, or any major credit card.
Dr. Andrew Chu is a highly skilled, warm and gentle dentist who is dedicated to providing his patients with excellent dental care. He graduated from dental school at the prestigious Northwestern University in Chicago. He began his career as a faculty staff at Northwestern Dental school. He returned to Southern California and has been practicing family and cosmetic dentistry since 2001.
Dr. Chu's practice focuses on personalized care for the entire family. He loves to see children and has a special way with them especially because he has 4 children of his own. He is a devoted family man that loves to spend time with his family. He enjoys biking, fishing, and camping.
Dr. Chu serves his community with his dental skills by participating in community health fares and speaking at local schools about good oral hygiene. He has also been part of medical mission teams to communities and orphanages in remote parts of Central America and Thailand.

As the business/office manager, I'm not involved in direct patient care but I am so proud of the quality care our office provides. I'm dedicated to staying up to date with dentistry's clinical and technological advancements so that I can better serve my patients. I also enjoy explaining the financial aspect of their treatment and dental insurance. I love the way our team creates a family atmosphere and provides high quality care. It gives me great joy to work with such great people and to see our patients keep coming back.
What I love most about my job is that I get to know my patients in a personal way. I also love that my work environment is such a friendly place that the patients are comfortable enough to bring their whole family. It's a great compliment when patients appreciate the way I helped make their visit more pleasant, fun, and exciting for them. I always give my 100% dedication and greet those that come with a warm welcoming SMILE!
What I love most about my job is interacting with the patients and geting to know them on a personal level. I love how our office focuses on making the patents feel comfortable while taking care of their dental needs the best that we can. It is great to see our patients come back time and time again.
I entered the dental field because I was interested in the artistry of dentistry, the atmosphere and the abilities to provide quality service to patients. It gives me joy when patients LOVE their smile! It's a very rewarding job when you know you can make a difference in how good a patient feels about their oral health. My goal is to provide all my patients with a beautiful healthy smile while creating a relationship with each patient.

I have been coming here for over ten years! Dr. Chu and his staff are friendly and knowledgeable. And even when I was new, they would remember me and ask about my family even though I'm there only twice a year. I've had mostly cleanings, but also a couple cavities addressed, some whitening, and of course x-rays. Plus they are always accommodating when I need to reschedule my appointment. I highly recommend you give them a try!

My dentist visit was amazing nothing that I would have imagined to happen. I had 2 fractured teeth, Dr. Andrew Chu gave me the best two options and said we can start today. It would take about an hour and 30 minutes it only took him an hour and he took his time. Very well taken care of I am very happy and relieved

Dr. Chu is the best dentist I've ever had. He is kind, gentle with my teeth, and will explain what he's doing and why he's doing it. I've been going to his office on and off for the past several years (due to changes in insurance) for routine cleanings, but have had four crowns (yes 4) put in this year alone and am pleased with the results. I've taken my kids (currently 4 and 6 yrs old) to several dentists and have had difficult experiences with them where both my kids would leave in tears. Dr. Chu and his staff know how to make kids feel safe and comfortable and now my kids enjoy going to the dentist (who knew that was possible!?!?) I highly recommend Dr. Chu to anyone!

I have been coming here since 2006 when I was working in Tustin. I moved to the Inland Empire but still make the drive because this place is amazing. The doctor is friendly, easy going and knowledgeable. The staff is very friendly and efficient. I highly recommend.

Andrew E. Chu DDS and his staff have been a blessing to both my husband and I. Dr. Chu helped place veneers for my two front teeth. Throughout the process, he was pleasant to work with and extremely gentle on my teeth. He did an excellent job and he's got a wonderful personality to boot. Thank you for taking the time to answer all my questions about the procedure beforehand. This helped me feel more comfortable with the procedure. I am over the moon about the results. My husband came in for a teeth cleaning and was blown away by the attention to detail that was catered during the process. Dr. Chu really took his time to ensure the best quality and we are both extremely grateful. Last but not least, the staff at the office fostered a really friendly and comfortable environment. None of the staff was overly pushy in terms of services. I am impressed with the kindness and in this office. I am so grateful to have met a doctor with as much knowledge and experience as Andrew E. Chu. If you ever get the chance, my husband and I thoroughly recommend.

I just had my first procedure to get a crown on a tooth that has been bothering me for a long time. I postponed my visit to the dentist's office as long as I could because frankly, every trip to see the dentist is a white knuckle ride for me. The big surprise with Dr. Chu is that it wasn't nearly the negative (and painful) experience I was expecting. I love Dr. Chu and his professional staff. I recommend him to anyone for your dental work big or small.

Kelly at the front office always insures that they will do their best to accommodate your schedule and follow up with you regarding your feelings after treatment. Love them!
