Dr Jordan and her highly qualified team of staff are so amazing. I have some dental anxiety and I can't say enough how comfortable and well taken care of they made me feel. Everything in the office was clean, nice, and up to such high standards. They're equipment was state of the art, and even their dental chair was comfortable! They fixed a crown that had not been cooperating, and even though my mouth was sore for just for a day or so after visiting, it overall felt SO much better, and now feels 100 percent normal and better than it was, with the issue totally fixed. They go out of their way to communicate everything they're doing to you while you're in the chair which I really appreciate. It's so much better knowing what's happening, and when it will be done than not knowing at all. I would highly recommend Dr. Jordan for your dental needs!

I cannot rave highly enough about Dr. Andrea Jordan and her team. If you are looking for a staff that constantly goes above and beyond to ensure that you are receiving the most high quality care and results possible, you need to go here. Their staff is very responsive and friendly, and I have dental anxiety, but they made my experience amazing. I cannot say enough good things about my experience. Dr. Jordan is also very highly accredited, which definitely helped with my anxiety as I know that she is extremely knowledgeable. I will absolutely be returning every time I need dental care in the future.

This dentist office is amazing. The team is extremely friendly and their customer service is outstanding. I have a lot of dental issues and I trust this office more than any other dental offices in Santa Rosa. They take a special interest in your dental health and Dr. Jordan is very knowledgeable, honest and motivated by helping her patients and assuring you are comfortable and at ease within her office when receiving treatment.

This dentist office is amazing. The team is extremely friendly and their customer service is outstanding. This is one of the best dental practices in Santa Rosa hands down. My dental care experiences wIth Dr. Jordan and her team have been phenomenal and I've had a number procedures done including teeth cleaning (Heidi is an awesome hygienist), post buildup after a root canal, and I'm currently in the process of competing my tooth implant. I always leave feeling great not only because of the excellent dental care but also the customer service that you receive from a family oriented practice that makes you feel right at home. I highly recommend Andrea Jordan, DDS!!

Very welcoming and warm staff. Clean office that is non-threatening for those that have a fear of going to the dentist. Doctor Jordan provided a great initial exam, discussing in detail with me a few concerns I had. She was attentive, thorough and made me feel very comfortable. She is quite knowledgeable and educated, but explained things in a very simple manner. Highly recommend!

My experience with Dr. Jordan was terrible because she lies frequently, literally from beginning to end and her hormones are out of control. She promised to make me happy and I'm NOT HAPPY. She just had twins and while pregnant she made me a set of dentures to hook to my 12 implants that have teeth that are painfully TOO SMALL, and are all going inward like I've been severely hit everywhere, more on right side which are causing me to bite the inside walls of mouth causing multiple SORES! The plane is off. She is dishonest to where I paid her in full and then the insurance paid again in August 2016 and she kept it for 6 months until last week when she quit. Just before this she had her new bully front desk woman named Jackie, maybe wrong spelling, try to bully another $3,200.00 out of me with no explanation. When I kept asking for an explanation both Jackie and the doctor got VERY ANGRY and several times hung up on me. She couldn't explain the extra $3200 after being paid twice already, and then quit my case and gave me partial payment back of the insurance money that was given in August of last year 2016. She wouldn't let me look at my dentures before forcing and placing in my mouth that I can't remove that are causing sores and much pain. She is hormonal to the hilt and has a very out of control temper to even sicking a tall mean helper threatening black guy after me because she was extremely hormonal and got angry at me for asking about her making up bogus fees! Once she got my money her demeanor changed drastically. She is not a good person and I see karma knocking hard at her door and she is not home to listen. Her dental work is obviously below the standard of care because they hurt and they're causing SORES and PAIN in my mouth. Thank God I found a new dentist to do it correctly. I didn't know that she was pregnant and found out too late, because SHE CHANGED, and paid no attention to anything making the dentures and sent them to a lab that didn't do anything right. I have pictures of these very wrong dentures that prove everything I'm writing.

I really like this office. Dr. Jordan and her staff make visits easy. I don't know that I can say I love having my teeth cleaned, but here it is quick, efficient, and pain free. Dr. Jordan also identified some issues which have been around for a bit. She has put together a comprehensive treatment plan that fit my budget and has been fully engaged in following-up after treatments (I get a call from the Dr., as opposed to a member of her staff). Billing is easy and straightforward, and Dr. Jordan's front office has appealed, and won, a number of claims that reduced my out of pocket costs. 5 stars and highly recommended to all.

Dr Jordan and her team provide excellent care. They are friendly and warm, making the dental experience more pleasant than I could ever imagine, frankly. They are professional and fair; given complicated needs, Dr. Jordan's services were explained thoroughly and billed accurately, with friendly, timely, and logical responses to all questions regarding billing. I would recommend Dr Jordan a million times over. I feel lucky to have found such a wonderful and easy office to work with. Phew!

I have had the best dental experience of my life here. These ladies are the kindest, most wonderful and accommodating professionals I have ever had the chance to work with. I feel beyond blessed to finally be able to start caring for my teeth and to do so in such a wonderful place. I have had MANY traumatic dental experiences and yesterday, although tense going in, I ACTUALLY relaxed in the dental chair! Dr. Jordan and her staff take the time to work with you and your insurance and answer any and all questions. If you have the option to have dental care, this IS the place to be! Don't walk! RUN to this amazing and wonderful environment!!!
