Both my kids have an appointment at 10:00 and in the morning of that day they move their appointment one stay at 10:00 and another at 10:45. They make us sit here and wait but many people come after us they take them right away. My daughter they late for 35 minutes and my son is late for 45 plus 25 minutes. Is that right? Short staff. They always blame on that. This appointment we already scheduled 7 months ago. So disappointed maybe time to look for a different dentist for the kids.

We had 8:15 appointments for cleanings but if someone who is scheduled for fillings comes in they automatically go first no matter what time their appointment is . So our 8:15 appointments turned into 9:15 and 9:30. Why bother to schedule appointments when you're giving them away?

Excellent experience by far. My son was so nervous going in. Staff were supper friendly they helped calm him down. By the time he realized everything was done. The Balloon and goodie bag was the extra touch. All the girls in the front, the assistant all of you thank you! You guys are awesome!

Absolutely the WORST dentist EVER!!! Most of the workers are extremely rude and don't try helping you in any way. The appointments are soooo spaced out when there needs to be an important fix. They broke my FRONT tooth then proceeded to say I broke it myself by grinding my teeth, but I have never grinded my teeth ever also i have proof my teeth weren't like that in the waiting room. Finally, a week later they fixed my tooth with a half crown but Maritza Morell, the owner was extremely disrespectful the whole time while I was telling her one of her employees broke my tooth. Maritza continuously said I was wrong about what happened to MY tooth when she wasn't even there that day! I had that half crown fixed tooth for one day, ONE DAY! I barely ate anything the whole day of it being fixed and the day after, I had yogurt, tiny cute pieces of chicken and mashed potatoes. Morell had said it should last for a little while, around a month since I will be getting my braces off then but it lasted a day and a half! How is that even possible?? Probably because they all are horrible at doing their jobs especially never once took a look at my orthodontist files to make any cautions with my teeth. Never come to this dentist, your teeth will end up looking like absolute hell. Thanks for listening to this amazing rant and Maritza, can you actually fix my tooth instead of trying to play games?

Very bad reception and rude ! They told me that they didn't do any work on my son because he was not cooperating but my mom called me and told me they did a temporary filling. They wouldn't send me the X-ray so I could go somewhere else for a second opinion. First they say he needed a fill now it's a " bunch of root canals" how does a 6 year old need root canal and crown on a tooth that's going to fall out ? That's very uncommon if the tooth is not bothering him
