Born and raised in Green Bay, Wisconsin, Dr. Scott Andler represents his hometown as an avid fan of the Green Bay Packers. After he graduated from high school, Scott Andler pursued a degree in Biochemistry at the University of Wisconsin Madison. During his time at UW Madison, he developed an interest in exploring all of the opportunities and experiences available in the Madison, WI area. Downtown Madison, breathtaking lakes, amazing restaurants, and a great school district were just a few of the things that drew him and his wife to the area. Upon his graduation from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry, he and his wife decided to make the move to Madison, where he ultimately established his dental practice and began beautifying Madison one smile at a time.
While Dr. Scott Andler is passionate about providing Madison with the best dental care available, he also enjoys a variety of other activities outside of the office and maintains a healthy work-life balance. Dr. Andler loves spending quality time with his family and playing sports like soccer and tennis, as well as riding his bike. He loves being one with nature and makes time to pay a visit to the beautiful national parks our country has to offer.
Dr. Chloe Crocco is proud to be a part of the Andler Dental team, bringing her expertise and skills to our team as your dentist in Madison. Shes a graduate of the University of Wisconsin -Madison and the Marquette University School of Dentistry. Just like she has a true passion for dentistry and helping people, Dr. Crocco is also dedicated to continuing education and learning, having completed continuing courses about clear aligner therapy, silver diamine fluoride, advanced CEREC training, and is excited to be a member of Madisons Seattle Study Club. While dentistry is a major part of life for us as a team at Andler Dental, everyone knows you need to have some fun in your personal life too for the perfect balance of work and play. Outside of the office, Dr. Crocco is married to her husband, Jake. The couple loves being outside and taking in all that nature has to offer in our area. You might find them hiking the state parks, watching the Badgers, and cheering on the Packers. She enjoys being involved in her community, and has enjoyed volunteer work such as leading a youth group and participating in Wisconsins Mission of Mercy. Dr. Crocco also enjoys working closely with special needs patients and their families to provide comfortable, personal dental care in Madison.

Jamie is a graduate of Milwaukee Area Technical College with an associates degree in dental hygiene, she went on to the University of Minnesota for training in the administration of local anesthetic, and Madison College for nitrous oxide and laser certification. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin Madison majoring in Zoology, and sought to further her education by earning a Masters in Educational Leadership from Concordia University Portland. Jamie has been working in dentistry since 1997 and has been with Andler Dental for nearly a decade. Jamie wears a lot of hats around the office as shes responsible for managing and overseeing day-to-day business operations, personnel, and finances. She also still practices dental hygiene when needed. Jamie says she loves to help others. Whether it is for the betterment of their health or the simple pleasure of making a co-workers day that brings Jamie great joy. She also loves the team that she works with and has found her forever dental home. Jamie has had the privilege of being a dental hygiene instructor at Madison College since 2011. Outside of the office, Jamie enjoys being with her husband of 22 years. Chris, and their children: Taylor, Ty, and Kylie. Their favorite local restaurant is the Tipsy Cow. She also enjoys boating, exercising (Im a Peloton junkie), gardening, crafting, watching tv, reading, and always learning.
Ashley is a graduate of Madison College with an associates degree in dental hygiene. Shes also certified in laser treatment and holds licensure for administering local anesthetic. Ashley has been working in dentistry since 2012 and joined our team about that same time. Ashley chose dentistry because she wanted to be in a healthcare setting where it could also suit her family life. She says she had great mentors (Jamie and Dr. Andler) at the office to help her become what she is as a great dental hygienist. Ashley is always driven, adventurous, loving, kind, and punctual. Outside of the office, Ashley is mom to two kids, with an Etsy store called Uneek Bouteek Designs. Her favorite local restaurant to unwind is Buck & Honeys for their fish tacos & old fashions. Ashley also enjoys boating, showing horses, riding horses, biking, traveling, going to the lake, and concerts.
Eric is a graduate of Madison Area Technical College with an associates degree in dental hygiene. Hes also a graduate of the University of Madison La Crosse and earned a degree in both psychology and pre-physical therapy. As your dental hygienist in Madison, Eric is responsible for cleanings, periodontal maintenance, visual oral cancer screenings, and patient oral health education. Eric loves being able to educate his patients while working with them to find the tools and hygiene routine that will be most effective for them. Eric is currently a Clinical Dental Hygiene Instructor at Madison Area Technical College. When you work with Eric, youll find that hes optimistic, compassionate, friendly, driven, calm, patient, and adaptable. When hes not in the office caring for teeth, Eric is spending time with his wife, Ali, and two children: Rylan and Beckett. The familys favorite local restaurant is Salvatores because you cant go wrong with pizza. Eric also enjoys being outdoors, cycling, playing soccer, and kayaking.
Clare is a graduate of Southern Illinois University Carbondale where she received her bachelors degree in dental hygiene. She has been working in the dental field since 2014, four years as an assistant and three years as a dental hygienist. Clare loves to meet new faces each day and develop relationships with her patients, ultimately helping them achieve their oral health goals and optimal wellbeing. She was drawn to dentistry from early childhood and has known that being a dental hygienist was her profession of choice since the age of twelve! Clare feels that this office is a perfect fit for her since it has a very personable approach to dentistry. Andler Dental meets her professional expectations, with long standing patients and a strong team willing to work cohesively. When she is out of the office she enjoys shopping, spending time with family, exercising, visiting friends near and far, exploring her new stomping grounds in Wisconsin, playing with her cat Willow, and indulging at her favorite local restaurant Villa Dolce.
Julie is a graduate of Madison Business College with an associates degree in business management. Shes been working in the dental field since 2002. When asked what she loves most about her role at Andler Dental, Julie says its the people both the coworkers and the patients. She says every day is challenging, yet fun and she loves learning about herself and what makes others unique. Before working in dentistry, Julie was employed in retail. However, her brother is a dentist and her sister was a dental assistant. Julie says she enjoyed customer service and helping people, so she thought dentistry would be somewhere she could use her skills and background while also learning a new industry. When shes not busy at work, Julie spends time with her husband, Pat, and their children: Danielle, Jake, and Jared along with their dog Lewis. The family likes traveling and being together at their condo in Florida. The family enjoys El Dorado Grill because of its excellent steak and housemade margaritas. She and her husband plan on starting a dog rescue upon retirement, love any Badger sports especially volleyball and football.
Keli has been working in dentistry for over 25 years! She began her dental journey when she enlisted in the Army Reserve National Guard and served for 8 years. 4 years in Springfield, IL and 4 years in Las Vegas, NV. Her initial training began as a dental assistant where she fell in love with the dental profession. Keli attended Parkland Community College in Champaign, IL and then switched to Moraine Valley Community College in Palos Hills, IL where her emphasis of study was in psychology. Eventually moving to Wisconsin, she found herself wanting to pursue a full-time career in the dental field. As a patient care coordinator making people feel comfortable and getting to know patients means a lot to her. She loves being part of the Andler Dental team and feels that they bring professionalism and knowledge to the dental profession. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Brad, two sons, Brandon and Ryan, and her fur babies Sasha, Tootsie, Stormy, and Cody. Traveling with friends and family, crafting, being a foster parent for the Humane Society, camping, boating, and enjoying at meal at her favorite restaurant the Glarner Stube in New Glarus are her favorite past times. Keli is the missing piece that has completed the Andler Dental team with her caring demeanor, optimistic attitude, and passion for her work and personal life.
Megan is a graduate of the Madison Area Technical College from their dental assisting program and is active in continuing education every year. Megan has well over a decade of experience in dentistry. Shes responsible for helping and assisting both doctors chairside, assisting anyone needing help throughout the office., cleaning, setting up, and organizing operatories before and after procedures. She says she chose a career in dentistry because she loves working with people and being involved in healthcare. She knows that being a dental assistant is a good job that will always be needed to keep people in Madison happy and healthy. When you meet Megan, youll find that shes always outgoing, organized, patient, humorous, and understanding. When shes not in the office, shes with her husband Kevin, whos a farmer, and their son Liam. They enjoy Fuji restaurant for the blue crab roll because its crab on crab on crab. Megan also enjoys spending time with family, photography, thrifting, yoga, hiking, gardening, and kayaking.
Lissete has been working in dentistry since 2017, and she loves the work she does as one of our much-loved dental assistants. Shes one of the first people to meet and greet you in the office, helping you to feel at home and comfortable. Lissete says being a dental assistant is rewarding and allows her to have a flexible schedule so she can spend more time with her family. She loves coming to work each day because theres always something new to learn while helping patients regain their confidence. Working as part of the Andler Dental team is a unique experience for Lissete because the office atmosphere doesnt feel like youre at the dentist. She says it feels more like a spa equipped with some of dentistrys latest and greatest technology. Outside of work, Lissete enjoys having family cookouts with her husband Josh and son Adriel, going on walks, longboarding, watching movies, and working out. Lissete has ties locally with her husband being the owner of the Car Corner dealership in Janesville, and the family loves dining out at Jerrys Cafe in Beloit because its family-owned and they have great food.
