Dr. Shaheen Is the best dentist in illinois. Maybe the planet!!! Been going to her for over 30 years. She is the most caring dentist I have ever met. Very professional and does amazing work. I HIGHLY recommend her. I actually moved an hour west of Chicago and still go to her. Again she is the best dentist ever.

I don't go to my dentist to socialize. Dr. Shaheen is by far the best dentist I have ever had. Have been coming to her for the past 10 years and couldn't be happier. She and hey staff are quick, efficient and very professional. Don't know of any other doctor who has a special day to take in the uninsured.

I had an appointment at 2:30 and they took another person that arrived after me. I thought they respected appointments.

I had read the reviews and was expecting mediocre care at best but the cracked crowns I had were too bothersome to ignore any longer. Dr. Shahin is pleasant, warm and accessible. She has a busy practice but I felt attended to with care. Her staff were equally professional and engaging. The work was done well, and I look forward to seeing these folks again.

Dental Assistant rocks!!!!!! Dr. Shahin bed side manner sucks very rude but She knocked out 3 fillings in 45 minutes. If you can handle her low class behavior and have many fillings to tend to, she'll take care of it.

Cons: dentist was 40 minutes behind, admitted to not knowing about orthodontics yet still going against what a specialist told me about braces, rushed everything along, answered no questions. Pros: the dental hygienist was friendly, the place took my insurance. I will now force myself to pay extra for better insurance to avoid having to come back here.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! This office is just outright awful. They book appointments too close together and leave patients waiting for over an hour passed their scheduled time. This happens every single time I've gone there. As a result, Dr. Shain rushes through each appointment without listening to patient concerns. In addition the front desk staff is unreliable. They told me I was covered by insurance and had no balance only to receive bills months later for something they "didn't know about." I will not go here again.

I went in August of last year. I have major issues with my teeth due to a car accident in 1998. Dr. Shahin does not have a good "bed side manner". I have Medicaid insurance which could be the reason for her demeanor. I'm looking for dental schools to take care of my teeth.

I visited Andersonville Dental for the first time today for a cleaning and checkup and I had a great experience! Everyone I encountered was kind and attentive. Dr Shahin in particular was SO sweet. She took her time and answered my multitude of questions. There's nothing flashy about the office itself, but I kind of loved that too. It felt like a small town dental office in a really good way. Would recommend!

Do not waste your time. My issues were not addressed. The smell in my flossing from my back wisdom tooth was barely looked at the interdental brush they gave me a single one. Just one. And this has been an issue I have had for months since my original inquiry was into this was postponed due to covid back in April. I was told. Just floss better and do this. She barely spent any time looking into the issue. I am beyond frustrated with their performance and handling. I made this appointment back in April. Was told yes they accept my insurance and yes they can do what I needed done. Well. They cant due what I needed done, and to have my wisdom tooth extracted I would need to go elsewhere. The obvious mishandling of information and confusion is absurd. I traveled an hour to go back to them because I was so thrilled when they said they could take my insurance and help my issues. They sure had no problem taking my insurance for a basic cleaning but addressed none of the issues. I wanted to leave but I also just wanted something done to help. Don't waste your time or your money here. There are other dental groups. I had originally given them a 3/5 as I left the office but once I got home and saw the little trail samples of tools they gave me to fix the issue, one floss pic. A singular on. And two travel size bottles of listerene. That's it. Apparently all my problems will be solved because of these two things. Again. Go elsewhere...

Got excellent teeth cleaning here. keep in mind: They take Delta Dental PPO and Medicaid patients are accepted on Fridays before 3pm. Otherwise, definitely recommend this dental clinic.

I've been going here for about 15 years now. I love how quickly they get you in and out. The dentist I see here always does a great job. She explains everything very well and seems to actually care about you as a patient. If you're in the area I would recommend trying them out.

I was told to have two fillings completed and then she decided to fill a third without consulting me that cost me another $75.00. I went back a month later because my left side of my mouth hurt so much I could not chew. She filed down the teeth and said that should make it better however I am still unable to eat hard foods on the left side of my mouth. I would stay away from this place.

I went in about a month and a half ago. I was told I needed fillings for a few cavities. After the fillings were added I began to have extreme pain on the lower left side of my mouth. It hurt so bad I couldn't chew with that side of my mouth for 3 weeks. I went back in and she filed down some of the filling. I was told my bite was "unusual" and that was the problem. I've continued to have the same pain for a month now. I have set up an appointment elsewhere and my family will no longer go here as they too had issues. In addition, when they were completing the filling they drilled too far and hit a nerve. It shocked and hurt so bad I jumped in the chair. They asked if I felt pain or "just pressure". Seriously? Steer clear of this place. This is my first review of any business online, it is that bad.

Terrible service, and all of the fillings done in that office have quite literally FALLEN OUT. DO NOT GO THERE
