Dr. Anderson truly feels blessed to love what he does and to work with his patients each day. He enjoys developing a relationship with each person over the course of their treatment and witnessing the positive results of a more confident smile. Each new smile is the result of a shared commitment by both Dr. Anderson and you.
Dr. Anderson and his wife and children moved to Texarkana in 2004 to be near family and to join the practice of Dr. Al McWilliams. He strives to continue the reputation for the very best care in a fun, professional, and comfortable environment.
As the only board-certified Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics in the Texarkana area, Dr. Anderson is committed to delivering healthy and beautiful smiles to people of all ages. His dedication to outstanding results is evident in his patients new smiles, as well as their increased self-confidence and improved self-esteem.
Dr. Kurt Anderson attended Texas Tech University before receiving his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from Baylor College of Dentistry. After graduating as valedictorian of his dental school class, he completed orthodontic specialty training at Baylor, where he also earned a Master of Science in orthodontics. Dr. Anderson is board certified and has authored several articles in respected dental journals.
Dr. Anderson enjoys being a lifelong student. He enjoys the pursuit of knowledge and excellence, which led him to complete the board certification process through the American Board of Orthodontics. In addition, he enjoys staying on top of the latest improvements and technologies in the rapidly changing field of orthodontics and incorporating them into his practice. This passion for learning leads him to attend numerous educational programs throughout the year to keep him at the top of his profession.
Currently, Dr. Andersons community involvement is largely an extension of his childrens activities including youth sports and church programs. He also supports various nonprofit community events and local school-related programs that are important to his patients.
Being able to connect with patients throughout the braces process and seeing their smiles transform brightens my day! I am happily married and a mama to the sweetest little boy, Rip. In my spare time, I enjoy traveling and spending time on the water with friends and family.
Theres nothing like working with a team that does their best to make each and every patient have a positive experience, from the first visit to the last. After more than 20 years in the dental field, I never get tired of making people smile!
My favorite part of my job is meeting and building relationships with our patients! When Im not in the office, I enjoy watching my son Ben play soccer. I also love to spend time baking sweets and traveling!

While Vickie may be officially retired from the day to day opperations at AO, she will always be a part of our team! She loves to pop in the office from time to time delievering hugs and postive cheer. She enjoys spending her extra free time camping, gardening, and visiting family.

The staff at Anderson Orthodontics went above and beyond to make sure my son's first visit at the orthodontist was a pleasant one. He was very nervous but after leaving he said "That was not so bad!" I highly recommended Anderson Orthodontics.

Everything about Dr. Anderson's office is 5 STAR!! The office itself is clean and beautifully decorated, felt more like an inviting home than an regular office. We were welcomed as soon as we walked in the door. The entire Anderson staff were extremely friendly and Dr. Anderson himself is brilliant and so down to earth you know instantly you're in the best of hands. The whole experience felt very personal. My kids and I left there feeling so welcomed and apart of something special, not just another patient they wanted to get in and out. Obviously we highly recommend!!!

Absolutely loved everything about Anderson Orthodontics! The staff is amazing and interacted with my daughter showing her everything and walking her through the process. Dr. Anderson addressed my daughter and answered all of our questions, keeping her involved the entire time. Very professional! The building is beautiful and has everything to make you feel as comfortable and stress free as possible. We will be using him for all of our children's needs!

Dr. Anderson and his staff are amazing! We travel 1.5 hr. to come from Oklahoma. Both of my children will need braces within the year. Dr. Anderson takes his time and does not rush the process. My kids love coming to the office. There is a small arcade for the kids to play while waiting to be called back. They have an app that encourages positive behaviors by earning points for gift cards and merchandise.
