Went in for extraction of 1 impacted wisdom tooth over 3 years ago. Still have no feeling in the right lower jaw and 2/3 of my tongue. Can't taste so many foods or stand many textures and have lost 50 lbs because of it. Went to the top oral surgeon at UT and have permanent lingual nerve damage. The 6-8 hour operation to repair the nerve requires removing a nerve from my body to replace the damaged one. Dr @ UT can't guarantee it will work. My life is forever changed!!!

Charged me 125$ just for an xray. If you don't have insurance, STAY AWAY!

Brutal so much pain..cracked the tooth next to the one he pulled..its been since May my jaw pain is unbearable..from where the tooth wad pulled all the way up to my temple . He was so nice at the consultation than when I had my appt..he came I room never spoke girl was shooting number down my throat and hadn't stuck the needle in my jaw.. Seeing an Attny!!

Dr. Anderson was great with my kids when they had their wisdom teeth removed.. The office staff was equally great when I had to have some work done recently.. Kind, prompt and courteous staff!! Great job, Thanks!!

Me and my boys prayed before going in and Jesus heard are prayers the staff Did very well with my 11 year old son and my 8 year old son today both had back baby teeth pulled. The wait time checking in wasn't long at all and the staff that helped with talking and keeping them claim before surgery and after and helping my boys to the car was very nice and humbling. Thank you so very much may God Bless each and everyone of you.

Donna in billing is extremely rude, she messed up and billed me under my insurance for me but it was for my son, then sent me a bill for 1k and she wasn't going to tell me and let pay it so she didn't have to admit her mistake luckily I called the insurance company and she got rude with them and said she never had that conversation with me or them and she was on vacation at the time and the insurance company had her on the recorded line proving it was her that made the mistake..... I guess I well didn't matter to her that a stranger was going to lose a thousand dollars didn't affect her.....

It's a one because, after I was assured that they worked it all out with insurance and my part was 597 I received a bill 3 months later for 1048.00 which I was like ok what's going on so I called back the lady in billing, got smart with me and said she was the only one that work billing and never said any of that, and just continued to cut me off when I was trying to explain what was going on and kept smarting off so I just hung up. Glad I know now so I don't take my daughter there in a few months.

Dr anderson is great but office staff is terrible. Condescending hateful. Dr Anderson couldnt do my sons surgery in office and staff couldn't get hospital approval thru insurance so I had to get new surgeon. I paid for surgery upfront .Got a letter saying I owed them money or turning over to collections when I called to see what the problem was the lady said I owed for a surgery. I told her no I didnt because my son still had his wisdom teeth because NO surgery happened. She basically called me a liar. I then told her that they owed me money and that really set her off. She then got hateful and loud on phone. I then told her I was going to call a lawyer. A few hours later she called my husband to tell him they owed us a refund. If Dr Anderson doesnt get control of his office staff he will lose alot of patients.

This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a doctor. This office is rude and condescending. I would never trust them to do surgery or any other type of treatment.

Not very happy ,I had my wisdom teeth removed there a week ago almost and I been having really bad pain on my bottom and it's been swollen , so I called and made a appointment to be seen my appointment was at 3pm ..had to wait in pain till 4:30 almost and the lady was very rude and when I went back didn't even look at me just told me I had a dry socket and cleaned it out .. and here I am still in pain

This office an staff is the worst with insurance..they have made me pay a bill which i had a primary an scondary insurance..screwed me outta money I needed..that my kid needed..Watch your insurance people

They worked well with me. I have very high anxiety as well as other mental diagnoses and they took their time to listen to my concerns and dealt with them perfectly. Definitely recommend Dr. Anderson and staff. They're all very friendly and thorough to get the job done right.

This place is awesome. I went in with anxiety. They assured me I was in safe hands. They talked me through everything. Helped me out with what I needed. They also explained everything to me where I can understand better. Those nurses are awesome. Dr Anderson you need to give ur nurses a raise lol lol. Thank you all very much for being so caring.
