Dr. Shiraz Asif has been a general dentist in Eden Prairie since 2009, after finishing dental school he attended Purdue University for 2 years residency in Operative dentistry and than earned AEGD (Advanced Education in General Dentistry) from the University of Minnesota.
Since then, he has completed hundreds of continuing education hours to keep himself up to date with modern technology and procedures so he can offer best treatment to his patients with uncompromising results.
His core values are patient education and their comfort during the procedure. With his special interest and education in cosmetic dentistry, Dr. Shiraz looks forward to helping you rediscover your smile with exceptional results.
Dr. Shiraz and his beautiful wife Amber have been blessed with a son Danial and a Daughter Aleena, they also have a cat, Snowy who is considered very much part of the family. Between the work and family they love to travel around the globe.
Dr Ambereen Suhrwardy received her dental degree in 1999. She continued her educational journey further by completing a 2 year post grad training at Indiana University Purdue University at Indianapolis.To further enhance her clinical skills she completed her AEGD residency from University of Minnesota in 2005. Dr. Suhrwardy keeps up to date with the latest technology and procedures by taking continuing education classes in order to provide her patients with the best possible care.
On a personal note, she has been married since 2001 to Dr. Shiraz Asif and they are blessed with two beautiful children Danial and Aleena. In her spare time she enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with family and friends.

We've been coming here for 5+ years now. My kids are excited to come to the dentist because of their staff. They're gentle and accommodating for both kids and adults. We won't ever go anywhere else. We love Anderson Lake Dental!

Dr. Shiraz and Dr. Ambreen are great to work with and they spend time to understand the issue and explain the procedure in detail. Office staff is friendly and very welcoming.

This place is the best! They are so friendly and so caring and do a phenomenal job. If there does happen to be an issue, they step right up and do what they can to fix it. They're just great here.

I am so thrilled with the services I have received at Anderson Lakes dental. The staff treats me like I am a family member they love and care about. And I would never think to go anywhere else. The care I have received is unparalleled. And my teeth are better than I could have ever expected. Today, they worked on a tooth that I've had worked on for 5 years and they've taken 5 years to try to save this one specific tooth with wonderful success. I can't say how pleased I am about the staff and services here.

STAY AWAY!!! They are taking advantage of your insurance at the cost of your TEETH! They told me that my daughter had a cavity under her filling in a back molar and they needed to get approval from the insurance company to fill it. I just didn't trust their evaluation - she was only in the chair for about 15 minutes for her cleaning. So, I paid cash for a second opinion at a clinic that doesn't take MN Care - that dentist revealed that my daughter not only DID NOT have a cavity, but she doesn't have any fillings (her filling was a baby tooth, but is now a perfectly healthy permanent tooth). Anderson Lake Dental was going to drill out and fill a perfectly good molar! They are taking advantage of the fact that most people on MN Care may not be able to afford a second opinion.

The experience here was amazing as well as the treatment I received. Extremely professional, knowledgeable, and patient. I'm so glad they were very understanding about previous experiences I had with other dental offices which led to anxieties. I love everyone there, and they're fantastic! Super professional and caring! I definitely recommend anyone to try it out if they're looking for a long term dentist to go to. Even just for other quick fixes, they're exceptional. I've gone there for not only a cleaning but also a root canal, and both were pleasant experiences. Everyone starting from the front desk to the dentists/hygienists are all lovely! I can't wait to go get a cleaning again in 6 months!

I just moved here from Germany and I gotta say. Well done America and well done Anderson Lake Dentistry. This was my best dentist experience I've ever had. Great online appointment scheduling. Friendly receptionists. Since dental hygiene at a practice (cleaning, polishing etc.) is not a thing in Germany (unless you explicitly ask for it) I was very pleased with it being a standard treatment for every patient. All of the cavity's I had were treated instantly and very professionally. Shout out to Doctor Shiraz Asif and assistent Si who both did a fantastic job. I highly recommend both of them and can't brag about there service enough. Well done and thank you.

I can't say enough great things about this place or the staff! I called in with an emergency tooth problem, I was lucky to get in the exact same day! Joe was amazing and gave me a few options, the dentist was great! I DREAD the dentist but they went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and gave me all the information that I needed!
