I am passionate about providing each of my patients with exceptional dental care. I emphasize prevention and never recommend unnecessary treatment. At the same time, I am always excited to solve a difficult dental problem with an elegant restoration.

I enjoy building long-term relationships with each patient. My team and I encourage patients to take responsibility for their health, both oral and body. We emphasizeeducation, because aneducated patient is committed to caring for their smile and teaching others to do the same.

I decided to become a dentist when I was ten years old and Ive never looked back. I love the science and art of dentistry, and how they come together to improve peoples health, professional and personal lives, and their self-confidence.

I regularly participate in academy scientific sessions, and numerous local lectures and clinics. Additionally, I am a half-time Associate TeachingProfessor in Restorative Dentistry, at the University of Washingtons School of Dentistry, where I teach operative dentistry, gold foil restoration, and preparation for the national board exams. I also serve on the Curriculum Development Committee at the School of Dentistry. This keeps me abreast of the latest developments in best practices, new materials, and advanced technology.

Splitting my time between private practice and teaching at one of the countrys foremost research institutions benefits my patients. It ensures I have a direct link to the most up-to-date clinical and operational practices. In turn, I am able to offer patients more options and access to globally-recognized dental research.

My commitment to excellence is something I alsobring to my lifelong hobby of restoring classic automobiles. When Im not working,I maybe found working on the cars, carving wood, reading, or attending cultural events in Seattle. I also enjoy travelingand collecting art.

When my children were young, I volunteered with Boy Scouts and my church. My current volunteer activities are now focused on the dental school, where I serve on a number of committees. Lynn and I believe that with great blessings come great responsibilities. We are both active in giving back through our church and a number of educational and cultural organizations.

After working with us on a temporary basis in 2020, we are happy to welcome Gina back as a permanent member of the team. We'll soon post a photo and let you hear a few words from her personally, but for now, she is just settling back in and reacquainting herself with our patients! (For those of you wondering whereAnn is, she is taking a well-earned break and likely will be back to help out again later this summer.)

In March 2022, we sadly said goodbye to Jackie. Until we are able to hire a permanent replacement, we are lucky enough to have two terrific temporary assistants who enjoy working with Dr. Anderson and the team.

My greatest joy at our practice is twofold: the pleasure of connecting personally with our patients and ensuringour administration fully and efficiently enables the best service possible. I love that were a family-oriented office, caring for the whole person, not justtheir teeth. Its rewardingto run a small business with a great team that delivers amazing care.

In addition to travel, I love to cook,read, and enjoy time with friends and family. My husband and I enjoy many cultural programs in Seattle. Ialso volunteerat mychurch, as well aswith Eileen and Callie's Place, a faith-based organization that helps mentor young women who ageout of foster care.
