'I always feel well taken care of and informed at Anderson Dental. The staff and dentists are friendly and take great care of their patients, the office is clean, and I feel that their technology and practices are up to speed with current standards. Just had fillings swapped - was pain free, quick, and professional! Thanks!'

'The staff was great! They were extreamly friendly and accommodating. They were willing to watch our 1 year old while we got our teeth cleaned. After struggling to find a new dentist I am glad I came across them. Will refer people looking for a dentist to them. Great experience.'

'First experience with Anderson Family Dental. Dental care needed was fairly extensive. Experience was outstanding! Very calm and friendly approach by the entire staff. Thank you. Continued great care! Looking forward to the new office!'

'Great Dentist and great staff. Every procedure is done very well. Dr. Anderson is the best doctor at giving novocaine I have ever experienced, which helps make getting dental work a breeze. Didn 't even feel a pinch.'

Don't fall for the pretty decor. Poor treatment and cost not worth it. The experience I had left me very upset. I came with my father and it was my first ever visit for my dad because my mother was not there, and the dentist was talking down to him. I felt like he was shaming my dad for the lack of knowledge. My dad is a bit shy. I felt so powerless and tried my best, but I wish i told the rude dentist to back off! I didn't want to make a scene. There was no privacy between rooms... i saw other patients from the "working area", and it was very loud. I felt like cattle. The "rooms" were separated by dividers. These visit definitely make me understand why my dad avoids visits by myself. The dentist name was Dr. Renner. Apparently he is from Marquette, and they clearly do not teach people skills... how to be humane. He was NOT cordial or pleasant. The vet I had treated my chinchillas with more respect than he did. My dad has diabetes and honestly I didnt find out the severity UNTIL the visit because my mother and father dont share anything with me. My dad feels bad about it, but the dentist antagonistically questioned my dad about his medicine. shaming people is not how you care for them. I dont recommend this space either!! The rooms are not even rooms. The dentist was not cordial and was making jokes. The only thing nice was the modern interior design, but who cares about!! I rather have a nicer dentist and more comfortable experience!

I was hoping to love this place. Went in for cleaning and told needed 2 fillings. 1 of them was one that I had previously filled 2xs and kept falling out. They said I could schedule right away or wait until they get an estimate cost from insurance. Few weeks went by and I called them because no word back. They said I was on their list to call because my insurance showed wasn't valid. I called insurance and insurance called them directly. Turned out my new insurance plan had bday wrong so was defaulting to old one. They gave me an estimate and we set appt- I paid and got it done. Flash forward I got a bill in the mail DOUBLING the estimate. Turns out they don't get a very accurate estimate. All they do is verify I have insurance and multiply it by my deductible. If you are going to tell customers you will call insurance and verify cost then you should be doing that. Don't say you are getting an amount to then come up with your own amount. Turns out my insurance only covers white teeth colored for the front 6 teeth otherwise it has to be in silver. I asked why they didn't tell me this at Anderson and they said they don't even offer silver. I have delta dental which is a pretty big insurance company so why they didn't mention this is beyond me. Now I will have to pay this doubled estimate and finding a new dentist. Also I learned my lesson and will be requiring a written pre authorization from my insurance submitted by the dentist before any work done.

Expensive. Last visit was with dentist for 30 min to fix 2 small chips in front teeth was $550 with 10% discount so would work out to $20 per minute. Also got text to be on time for appointment because they are busy

I am a new patient with Anderson and I'm very impressed with their efficiency and professionalism. Jennifer was the hygienist for my cleaning and she has excellent chair side manor and gave great advice regarding oral hygiene. She's so good, she should have her own dental hygiene podcast!

I went for my first appointment & was running a few minutes behind. I was almost going to call but didn't because I was just down the road, about to be there. A receptionist called ONE minute after my scheduled appointment time to make sure I was coming. Yet I got there and sat for quite a while as they were running very behind and were about a half hour late to bring me back (I asked & they verified that I hadn't been bumped, but that they were just running behind). Neither receptionist even acknowledged it until I asked. The hygienist (who was great, & the dentist I had was very nice as well) bought it up and said they apparently normally don't run that far behind. Then, several days later, my husband was headed to what was supposed to be his initial appointment there. He came from a work meeting & was running 3 minutes behind (according to the gps). He called to give them the courtesy of letting them know he was running just a few minutes behind (no more than 5) & was told they would have to reschedule since their schedule was so packed. (They offered him to reschedule over a month later...). I can't imagine just a few minutes would have done enough damage to cause someone's appointment to need to be cancelled. (& Yet it's apparently ok for them to run late and give me no heads up about it as I'm sitting right in front of them). & If they were so packed, whose to say he wouldn't have been left sitting there waiting like I had been. Along with my experience, there seems to maybe be a pattern of things being overbooked to where they can't manage their schedule well. I know it happens occasionally at plenty of good places, but it's really not a great impression when it's both of our separate first experiences with them.

Fastest dental cleaning I've ever had. Everyone was super friendly and felt very comfortable with the assistant, hygienist, and dentist. Prices were reasonable without insurance. Plenty of parking available.

I liked the young lady who cleaned my teeth a lot. Because of covit I haven't had my teeth cleaned in a couple of years. She was gentle and through. No tender gums afterward . She took her time and did a great job. Doc looked at my x-rays and mouth and gave me a heads up what to keep a eye on. Liked him too. Told my wife to make herself a appointment . State of the art equipment, fast, pleasant.
