When he isn't practicing dentistry, Dr Ratcliff enjoys exercising, lifting weights and taking care of horses on his wife, Emily's, family farm. He also enjoys fly-fishing, skiing, boating and finding new places to eat. Dr. Ratfcliff and his wife welcomed home a son in January 2021. They also keep busy taking care of their horses and watching them race at the horse track in Anderson.

Every appointment I show up to I'm always welcomed by the friendly women at the front desk, the Dentist is friendly as well. The check in is quick and the appointments never take long. They do a great job on my teeth, I would highly recommend!

I needed to be seen on a stretcher. I live in a nursing home and am physically unable to transfer to the dentist chair. I had a broken tooth that was hurting and potentially could have caused infection at any time. The nursing home couldn't find a dentist able and willing to treat me, and I lost track of the number of dentists i tried before calling Anderson Family Dental. The staff were very compassionate and worked out the logistics of how to see me (they could not guarantee they would be able to treat me, only that they would take a look, which was more than any other dentist had done). It wasn't easy, but she was able to extract the tooth for me and made the experience as comfortable as possible. She is now my hero. With gratitude,, Kathy Hossom
