Anderson & Atkins, DDS is a locally owned dental practice. In 2001, Dr. Craig Anderson began working as an associate in the office of Dr. James B. Wilson and later Dr. Elsa Maxwell, a practice that has been a dental home to many in Bryan/College Station since the mid-1960s. One year later, in 2002, Dr. Anderson took ownership of the practice. After servingthe Brazos Valleycommunity in Bryan for 15 years, in January of 2015 Dr. Anderson made his dream of building a new office a reality, and relocated to a brand new office centrally located on Crescent Pointe Parkway in College Station. The size and design of the new construction was in anticipation for a new associate to join the practice in the near future.

Dr. Atkins is a recent graduate of the University of Texas School of Dentistry in Houston. The Bryan High School alum is excited to return to Bryan/College Station after eight years of study in hopes to serve those who have meant so much to him growing up. Throughout his time at dental school, he served as the president of the Christian Dental Fellowship for two years and as his dental class president for three years. He spent four of his spring breaks providing dental care to children in Guatemala where his team treated around 900 kids each Spring Break. Helping and serving people is one of Dr. Atkins greatest joys in life and he is excited to bring this passion to Bryan/College Station.

Dr. Anderson & Dr. Atkins are lifelong friends, and adding Dr. Atkins to the team is like welcoming family to the practice. Dr. Atkins' mother, Lois has worked for Dr. Anderson since 2002, so it is truly a family-type atmosphere. Anderson & Atkins offers a variety of dental procedures including crowns & bridges, porcelain veneers, fillings, teeth whitening, night guards, root canal treatment, periodontal therapy (deep cleanings), extractions, implant supported dentures, conventional full and partial dentures, composite bonding, and digital x-rays. Both doctors take a conservative approach in their treatmentand enjoy educating patients when providing dental care. Caroline is our office manager and has been working in dentistry over the past 30 years 17 of which has been at our office. She is from the BCS area and her first job was with the original founder of our practice, Dr. Wilson, in 1988. Caroling is the wonderful wife of Dr. Anderson and loves working with Craig! Outside of the office, she enjoys watching her two sons, Brady and Ross, play basketball and soccer.

Lois is our receptionist that will greet you first when you walk through our front doors. She has been with our office for 18 years and always has a smile on her face. She is a mother to 4 grown boys who are in Houston & Bryan/College Station. Outside of the office Lois is spending time with her family, including her 2 grandchildren.

She has been in the dental field for 4 years and has worked at our office for 3 years. We love Shelli because her favorite part about dentistry is dealing with insurance - one of the hardest jobs in the office! Outside of dentistry, Shelli is a Bryan native who has 4 children, 6 grandchildren and has been married for 30 years. She loves traveling with her husband, but when they are home, she loves her 2 Boston Terriers!

Karen is one of our wonderful front office personnel. Karen has been in dentistry for 31 years and at our office for 8 years. Karen is a Bryan native and mother of 2 children. Outside of the dental office, you will find her volunteering with her kids school organizations she keeps us all on our toes!

Katherine has been a dental hygienist for 23 years and with our office for 11 years. Her favorite part about dentistry is being able to see people improve their oral health in a short time. Outside of the dental office Katherine loves watching movies with a bucket of popcorn!

Theresa has been a dental hygienist for 35 years and is well known for her joyful attitude and contagious laugh! She grew up in Lake Jackson, Texas, but has been living in the Brazos Valley for over 22 years. Her favorite part of dentistry are her patients. Theresa enjoys getting to know them on a professional level as well as a personal level she really cares about them! Other than dentistry, Thesea enjoys traveling, cooking, and especially spending time her with family. I LOVE MY LIFE Theresa says J

Darbi is one of our dental hygienists who has been with us since 2009. Darbi loves helping people achieve a healthy and confident smile along all walks of life. If she isnt in the office Darbi will likely be fishing, hunting, or around animals. Of course she is always with her husband Mark as they recently were married in 2017! Did we mention she is a graduate from TAMU? Gig em.

Candace is a proud A&M class of 2013 and one of our dental hygienists. Her favorite part about dentistry is the relationships & friendships she gets to form with patients. Other than dentistry, Candace is a mom of two girls and enjoys traveling with her family.

Meet Cheryl. Cheryl is one of our registered dental assistants and has been in dentistry for 32 years 26 of which has been with our office. Our patients love Cheryl and the care she gives while giving their smile back to them. Outside of dentistry, Cheryl enjoys all things outdoors with her family. She has also started her own ministry called Bags of Blessings, which she delivers essentials to the homeless.

Courtney is one of our registered dental assistants. She has been in the dental field for 12 years and with our office for 3 years. Her favorite part of dentistry is working with dentures! She is a Bryan native and enjoys the outdoors while spending time with her two kiddos!

Daria has lived in the College Station area her entire life and when asked what she loves most about dentistry, its getting to interact and meet patients and seeing them happy with their results! Outside of the office, Daria enjoys getting outside with trips to the beach, the river, and camping with her husband and two girls.

Dr. Anderson is a fourth generation resident of Bryan-College Station. He graduated from Bryan High School and moved to Austin to pursue a business degree from The University of Texas, where he earned a B.B.A. in Marketing. After work in several different business related jobs, Dr. Anderson decided to follow his childhood dream of becoming a dentist. He then went on to attend, and graduate in the top of his class, from The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, with a D.D.S. degree.

Dr. Atkins is a native of Bryan-College Station. As an alum of Bryan High School, Dr. Atkins is excited to be back to serve the community that meant so much to him growing up. Dr. Atkins spent four years studying at The University of Texas, where he earned a Bachelors degree in Biology. He then continued his education at the UT School of Dentistry at Houston, where he achieved his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree.

Dr. Atkins is originally from Longview, Texas and she is excited about getting to the Brazos Valley and away from the busy Houston atmosphere. Dr. Atkins earned her Bachelors in Science degree from Texas Tech University where she graduated summa cum laude. She went on to earn her Doctorate in Dental Surgery degree from The University of Texas at Houston, graduating at the top of her class, and then completed a residency in Advanced General Dentistry in the Texas Medical Center.

My wife and I have been going to Dr. Anderson for more than 10 years. We have only good things to say about Dr. Anderson and his team. The team is professional and has always given us help with insurance matters. Dr. Anderson gives us good advice and affordable options and has our dental health in mind. He provides high quality dental care the way it should be done. Dr. Anderson will be our dentist as long as he continues to practice.

Dr. Craig Anderson is an outstanding dentist! My husband and I have been his patients for many years, and just recently our teenage children have become his patients, as well. Dr. Anderson and his wife Caroline (also from Bryan) decided, after completion of dental school, that B.C.S. was the best place to relocate, start a practice, and raise a family. Dr. Anderson began his dental practice in Bryan in 2001. The Andersons have two sons, Brady and Ross. Dr. Anderson devotes his free time to biking, fly fishing, working on cars and motorcycles, and spending time with his family, the joy of his life.

Dr. Anderson takes a conservative approach to dentistry, with the main objective of preserving his patients' natural teeth. He enjoys educating his patients on the procedures he uses in their care, ensuring them an understanding of the treatment provided. He strives to build a mutually trusting rapport with his patients, building a life-long dental relationship.
