Great kids office! My grandson has been coming here for years and he is always excited to visit. Dr Chen and staff are all really nice to him. I highly recommend.

I have been recommended to this office, although I am always sent to voicemail. The office states it opens at 9:00am and I have been trying to get ahold of them for a while now and no answer. Very unprofessional.

Mom to a high anxiety child.Its our second appointment where dental work will be performed. Not the first visit in the open lobby with cleaning and xrays... First,no parents allowed in the back room ,that's never seen on the first appointment because it's behind a pocket door. My kid has never used a papuse for dental work,and I will never male her. So I make it clear to them all that not to have it present.My 12 year old gets called to the back,she goes willing. Within 5 mins they call for me to walk in the back where she and another aid is standing around .they explain to me that they can't work on her because she won't sit in the chair,she won't listen, she won't speak,she won't follow directions. Okay,I get it. I ask to see the room in question(The door is closed) Mind you I had to ask 5 times before they show it to me,I check the room,okay I see nothing wrong. I am asked to wait in the lobby. I sit with my child explaining if she can go thru with the appointment, she wants to. The dentist calls me into the hallway to explain to me : I can't work on your child here,if you want me to I will need to put her to sleep! These where my words after he said that and before we walked out. why would I make my child go to sleep for dental walk that she's done in the past with another office just fine,without incident.Wouldnt you be hesitant to sit on a chair in a room that has never been shown to you,or that wasn't part of your prior visits? She's capable of sitting still,no talking,keeping her mouth open the entire time.So you mean to tell me if she walks back into the room calm and sits on the chair you won't work on her? NO I WONT!!!!

This is by far the best pediatric dentist office I have visited. I had gotten a 2nd and 3rd opinion and this was my choice. They answered all my questions and concerns. They really put me at ease. Thank you so much to Dr Peter Chen and all the girls for their amazing work and professionalism. My daughter was walking laughing and ate like normal just hours after treatment thanks to God and their care of course. By the way she is a toddler!

I found this dentist office and at the beginning they had there doubts. Even me we were so nerves but I really LOVED it here the way the girls and the dentist talked to them and me.. they were sooooo FRIENDLY and I think they won't have a problem going back to there check up... THANKS FOR BEING SO PATIENT with my kiddos cause I was losing hope finding some where that my kids were not afraid to even step in the office yet alone hear say u have a dentist appointment

I found this dentist office and at the beginning they had there doubts.
