Wonderful experience, no pain at all. I regret not coming for laser treatments 10 years ago. Two dentists told me I would have to lose all my teeth, I haven't lost any teeth since I started treatments in this office. Great service and wonderful people.

Dr. Triliouris and her office staff have provided professional, meticulous dental care for my father for close to ten years. As a man in his 90's, my dad requires extra attention and help. Dr. Triliouris is always patient, kind, and gentle. Kimmie makes sure to personally walk my dad to his procedures. Dental Laser Care is an excellent dental facility.

From start to finish, this was wonderful experience. I had no expectations about the outcome and I was pleasantly surprised at how beautiful my smile turned out. The staff is extremely friendly. Dr. Lee has an amazing eye for detail. Dental Laser Care Associates is worth the investment!

One of the best dentists I have ever been to. I had a wisdom tooth extracted, and had been told by other dentists it would be a very long extraction and here they did it very fast.

Dr. Triliouris and her team have done extensive dental work on my entire family (bridges, crowns, implants... you name it, someone in my family has had it done!) and we could not be happier with the results. Everyone here is not only extremely professional, but also very friendly. We are very thankful for all she has done for us.

I did not have a great experience with Dental Laser Care Associates. I decided to try their office as they were very close to my home and open on Saturdays/a few late nights during the weekdays, which is very convenient as I work in NYC and try to schedule these appointments on my own time. Overall, the staff was pleasant enough, especially the support staff, but I feel that this practice tries to make you spend a lot of money during your visit. First, they make you do an oral cancer screening and a few other tests to check the bacteria level in your mouth, etc. I wasn't too keen on this idea, but I figured I would do these tests once to have peace of mind and make sure I really didn't have oral cancer. However, it was explained to me that they make you do this once a year if you use their practice. Hearing that, I wasn't planning on going back anyway after a year as I did not want to pay for these tests on a yearly basis, but due to the rest of my experiences I had I will definitely not return in 6 months for my next cleaning either. They also take digital photos of your mouth/teeth in addition to X-rays, which I'm sure does help on some level, but they then charge you a lot for them (whereas they are about 20 cents each if you sent them to the CVS across the street to get them printed). I'm sure they want these photos printed quickly and charge this to be able to print them on site, but for something that's not a necessity I think this cost could be eliminated. Something about Dr. Triliouris didn't give me a good feeling from the start, but I was already there for my cleaning so there wasn't much I could do about it. She came by after reviewing my X-rays and told me that I needed a lot of dental work done ($2500+ after insurance coverage). This dental work included a few cavities (which I expected) and one, possibly two, root canals, which I was very upset about. I was told I has an abscess and that one root canal would definitely need to performed because of this. They did not prescribe me any medication for my abscess, which at the time I didn't realize was standard procedure in order to eliminate infection, etc. After researching this more, I realized that was the case and scheduled a second opinion with a family member's dentist (whom I had also never been to but that they trusted). When I went to this new dentist, they took digital X-rays that were great quality and that they enlarged for me to go over what they found step by step versus what Dental Laser Care found. They (and I) did not see any abscess in these X-rays and I was told that between that and having absolutely no pain in my teeth that I would NOT need a root canal at all (one day down the line it's possible I might, but I was definitely not in any need for one yet). This new dentist also found it quite odd that I was not on any medication for the "abscess" that Dental Laser Care found, and I am honestly thinking that they were just trying to cheat me out of money to make their practice more profitable. I would like to give them the benefit of the doubt, but I don't see how more high tech X-rays would not have detected an abscess if it was truly there and why Dental Laser Care wouldn't give me medication if I really did have one (I can only assume they didn't give me medication since I didn't actually have an abscess...). The only reason they get 2 stars instead of 1 is because of the support staff and the fact that they did answer my questions originally/give me clear information of the work they wanted to perform and how much it would cost on my insurance vs. out of pocket. However, I obviously won't be taking their advice is there is no medically necessary reason to have a root canal. If you decide to use this practice, I would definitely think twice or get a second opinion for any major dental work.
