DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! Went in for a serious tooth ache and the most they could do was a cleaning. Absolutely waste of my time. The dental assistants/receptionists are amazing there but they truly is the only good part of this practice.

Had to have a front tooth pulled. They sent my replacement to the lab. Telling me it would take 2 weeks. Now it's 5 weeks. Don't waste your time at this place. Worst dental place ever!!!!??

Three appointments made, still no cleaning from a hygienist. Isn't the normal six month cleaning supposed to get the plaque off and everything? After the first exam, they talked me into getting a cleaning from the hygienist on another day. Apparently, the hygienist was off the day I originally scheduled my cleaning and exam. I wish they told me that in the first place instead of booking the appointment, but I went ahead and rescheduled to get a cleaning from the hygienist. The hygienist called in the day of this appointment, so the office called me and canceled. I rescheduled once again, went in this morning, and they brushed my teeth and flossed my front teeth only. I do a better job at home. Very disappointed. Wish I didn't waste my six month cleaning and exam from the insurance company. I would have to pay to go to someone else at this point

Worst place ever. They made not only my teeth sensitive but my younger brother and sister teeth as well. They were rude and uncomfortable.

Great service and friendly staff. Very insurance knowledgeable.. Felt very comfortable with their cleanliness and Covid 19 regulations. I am a repeat customer.

The staff here is top notch. I appreciate the care they took as well as explaining things to me. My previous experiences made me nervous to go to the dentist and here they changed that view fast. Highly recommend them. Thanks for everything.

Its fun here, everyone is nice, and I love being able to come here for every one of my appointments, the atmosphere is friendly, the staff is fun and amazing, so many new friends and so many stories. I definitely recommend coming here for any dental care.

I was reframing on posting a review. I can't help it now. I had a root canal done a yr ago(they suggested I get it done) now I'm suffering with HORRIBLE tooth ache. The pain makes it hard to eat and talk. What a waste of money and now I have to go to another place to fix the problem. I hope my tooth can be saved. I had none stop horrible experiences with my appointments with elegante and financial issues with them. Wrose dental place I have ever been too. I regret listening to client that reccomend Her workplace. She even left due to issues at the location. I wish I can give no stars.

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU NEED DENTURES!! My wife has been having issues for half a year now trying to get dentures. They lied to us when they said how long it would be to get them, they never fit right no matter what happened, appointments every two weeks to get them fitted for over half a year is to long for my wife who doesn't have any top teeth! She finally got her teeth and THEY STILL DONT FIT PROPERLY!!! Don't go here go ANYWHERE ELSE!!

Just had a great experience. Took my mentally and physically handicapped niece for a cleaning. The Dr. And staff were professional, compassionate and friendly. They treated my neice with love and compassion. We have had horrible experiences at other offices. We were even told to go to San Antonio for a cleaning by other offices. Elegante is an exceptional dentist office. Highly recommend, you will not be disappointed. Bless you dr. And staff at Elegante Dental.

Hello potential customer, my past experiences with dentist have been horrible however with Elegante Dental their professionalism and courtesy is definitely a five star rated business now I'm not afraid to come get my dental work done I look forward to it they work with me on scheduling it's a great experience I hope you take an opportunity to try them , non regretful Steve Paulson

My kids are current patients here, Don't waste your time. There is no consistency or structure here. The front desk needs formal training so all employees are on the same page. Appointments are mixed up or either not entered in. All it seems like is a big run around when it comes to an appropriate treatment plan. As the patients parent I shouldn't be mentioning how the treatment plan should be, the professional should know the next steps are after so many unsuccessful treatments. My advice is find another provider who is both professional and stay far away from Elegante.
