Southern Pines dentist Dr. Amy Moubry has been a licensed dentist for more than 20 years, in her own private practice since 2005, and at her current office location since 2011. She has lived in Moore County since 1998 with her husband and three children. Her family is enthusiastically involved in their community and their church.
Dr. Moubry is proud to come from a family of dentists. Her father is a retired periodontist in Wilmington to whom she owes much of her inspiration. Also, her brother and sister-in-law are general dentists in Raleigh, NC. Dr. Moubry graduated from the University of NC- Greensboro with her Bachelor of Science degree in biology in 1993. After that, she went on to earn her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1998.
I feel like Im right where I want to be, she says. I really do enjoy all aspects of dentistry. I have a fantastic team, which makes it even better. Im truly blessed to have such a beautiful practice in this town I love so much.

As a native of the Sandhills I have not come across a better Family Dentistry experience than what we get at Dr. Moubry's office. She and her staff go the extra mile to make my young son and I feel comfortable and cared for. We are very grateful to be patients there.

Big fan of Dr. Moubry and her staff - always great service! I drive nearly an hourly to her office in Southern Pines. While that is somewhat inconvenient for me, their service is well worth it.

Moubry is a great dental place. The staff is friendly, and the building is nice and clean. First time I went, I had my boys by myself, and the staff worked together to watch them while I got x-rays. My oldest son (2 years old), was also seen by them, and they were respectful and did a great job with him. It was his first appointment and he had no problems. I've had a lot of work done here, and each time it always went well. They always made sure I was comfortable. Also, they don't take my insurance but still work with them and file for me so that I don't end up paying in full. And, because of all my work, they were willing to do a payment plan for me. Everyone here is super nice!

Dr. Moubry and staff are very professional and thorough. I'm always greeted with smiles and friendly staff. As a patient I feel they always take their time and address all my needs. As a realtor, I never hesitate to recommend Dr Moubry to my clients moving from out of town looking for a great dental office.

I have been seeing Dr. Moubry for many years. My experience as always been pleasant. The staff are friendly and helpful. The facility is always clean. The staff take precautions to protect you from COVID. The hygienist are friendly and have gentle hands. I have and would refer anyone looking for a dentist to Dr Moubry.

This is just the Best of the Best - I refer to them as the "A" Team. Always a friendly hello along with a big smile - makes you feel like you are in the right place! The dedication to their work and attention to detail is what makes this Dental office superior to others. Dr. Moubry and all her staff make going to the dentist a pleasure rather than a dred. Cheri does my teeth and she is excellent and puts you in a relaxed mood while she cleans, something that I can say I've never experienced before! And even the front desk people are always pleasant, in a good mood, and never sour or snarly! I feel extremely lucky to have found such a wonderful place for the care of my teeth.
