Dr. AmyScriven was born and raised here in Stockton. After graduating as valedictorian at Lincoln High school she went on to Yale University and then to UOP School of Dentistry. She returned to Stockton and has been practicing dentistry in the area since 2000. Dr. Scriven is currently a member of the San Joaquin Dental Society, California Dental Association, the American Dental Association and Rotary Club of Stockton. She is also a member of the Pierre Ferchaud Academy and is a Faculty Club member of Spear Education.

I have been coming here for about seven years now, and my experience has been nothing short of extraordinary! It took me years to find a great dentist, and I am here to stay. Both Tara and Dr. Scriven have always made me feel welcome and comfortable, remembering everything I share with them! The whole staff genuinely cares... I would recommend any day!!

My childhood dentist all the way through adulthood, they are so kind and caring! Tera is my hygienist, and the most genuine and lovely person who is thorough and wonderful! All the hygenists here as well as dr. Scriven are delightful.

I've been seeing Dr. Scriven for more than 18 years and it has always, always been a pleasure to do business with her and her office. Her staff is warm and inviting. Everyone knows my husband and my children (who also now come to Dr. Scriven). I had some pretty traumatic experiences prior to finding Dr. Scriven. I hated the dentist. I have anxiety and I would absolutely dread coming to the dentist. With Dr. Scriven, I never overthink my appointments. I'm never afraid. Dental visits are now just a regular part of my day when they happen. Don't read that as an insult. That is a HUGE change from how I spent the first 20 years of my life. We have stayed with Dr. Scriven through countless changes in our dental care. We have opted to take more expensive employer plans to continue to see her. Why? Because you can't pay enough for peace of mind. I am incredibly lucky that my children do not have the fear of the dentist I once did. I credit that to Dr. Scriven, Phil, Bonnie, and the rest of the staff at the office. I highly recommend Dr. Scriven and her practice.
