To everyone whom take the opportunity to visit this office will not regret do so, I am over 50 years old, I been visiting many dentist offices but not one like this one, great services, good job, and excellent experience A-Z. And the most important honest, professional with the customer, when I say honest mean they don't make or subject work to be done on you. 80% of the dentist office, they lied to the client to get more money out your packet ot insurance.

I can't say enough about Dr. Berhanu and staff. They are kind, respectful and understanding. They show so much care in dealing with a fearful patient like myself I am so grateful for them.

Always professional and down to earth. This dentist office has very friendly staff, and she is always so attentive about her patients. She explains everything and orders whatever is necessary for her patients to feel better and have a wonderful smile . My family has been going to her for many years.

Dr Amy Berhanu Demisse and her office assistants are very nice, professional, and kind. They always go the extra mile to keep the patients happy. They truly care for their patients.

I just moved to Banning and was looking for a local dentist for my tooth problem, by searching for reviews I decided to go to Dr. Amy Berhanu-Demissie in Banning. I am very glad that I made this decision. This office is nice and clean, the receptionist is friendly and helpful. The dental room is clean and everything they use are sanitized. Dr. Amy is very professional and explains in details what happen to my tooth and what need to be done next. Thank you Dr. Amy!

Dr Amy Berhanu is the kindest, most gentle dentist I've ever had. I drive 35 miles, past dozens of dentists to see her. Her fees are more than reasonable and her integrity is impeccable.

Great service. Dr. Amy and the staff are super. Never feel rushed or pushed through like they did at Dental Works. Always feel welcome and treated well. Looking forward to my next appointment.

Horrible experience. Deserves no stars, but had to give one to post. Wouldn't treat my husband because he had work done at previous dentist. Wouldn't even give him advice, but go back to previous dentist or another office. I wonder how much she will bill insurance?? Basically, she was saying she wasn't going to treat my husband at all. She acted afraid of dental work done & to be done. Kept sanitizing his hands too. Very weird. I've never heard of a dentist refusing treatment on a patient in need. I would never recommend this office to anyone! Husband left in pain & confused.
