Fantastic dental office. Dr Amundson is so kind and so is the rest of the staff. I have high anxiety when going to the dentist but I am always comfortable and the staff is aware and so nice. I have never had a bad experience.

MAYBE WILL GO TO 4 or 5 - ALL DEPENDS ON NEXT MONTH 10+ year patient, with 2 family members (son & [now ex-]wife) also going here 10+ years The TL;DR version: Nice people, great cleanings, hygienist careful in sensitive area's, never a painful visit. Complaints handled poorly, problems even more so, simple requests ignored, management doesn't seem to care if you stay or go (they have too much business for it to matter). LONG VERSION.... ALL of the staff are kind, caring, considerate and patient. There were 3 "events" that were poor experiences here. (1) One day, some time ago, was told "Dr. Amundson not practicing", and dentist was switched without even a conversation - found out while sitting in the chair after the cleaning was finished, waiting for the exam. That is poor communication right there. Many people go to a place because they trust the people they work with, and altering that dynamic on-the-fly can be hard to take, esp. when its a doctor. (1B) Indirectly found out the Doctor is practicing (either still or re-started), and was never given an opportunity to go back or even my opinion queried. There was no explanation provided. (2) I've had 3 or 4 cavities my entire life and in less than 18 months went from those to 15+ additional, OUCH! Popular opinion is a medication caused it, and this likely could have been avoided if communicated earlier, during a filling appt where the medication issue was observed. Its quite frustrating. The new dentist (Dr. Le) is trying to help, but its kinda a bit too late to do anything about it now so what can she do right? (3) These 15+ are not symptomatic, but need to be addressed, naturally. After having 7-8 of these filled (1/2 my mouth) by Dr. Le, she re-did 4, then re-did 2 of those. I commend her for her efforts, and I know it was not a simple cavity, and there is no specialist for this sort of thing, but the ongoing pain, weeks later, is frustrating. She checked for issues and cannot find anything. The fillings the first time were a bit "Rough", and Dr. Le agreed, and DID FIX them... I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER WITH THEM NOW. BUT THE PROBLEM: When contacting the office with pain, was sent a letter essentially telling me to "Get a different dentist".... As if I'm complaining just because, or as if its a lie... There wasn't even an appointment to have the dentist take a LOOK at it this time (would have been the second complaint/time)! Just a letter. NOT EVEN A PHONE CALL from the office or the dentist, NOTHING, after having my whole family go here ten years on my recommendation, and trusting these people with all our dental needs, to get a "Don't let the door slap you in the arse on the way out?!" was extremely dissatisfying and the PRIMARY REASON FOR THIS RATING. (3B) I drove up there in person, because nobody would talk to me on the phone, to confront them... I was able to get a follow-up appointment scheduled. The appointment did happen, and no clear problem could be identified... I was INSTRUCTED to seek a second opinion - although I'm not sure why to this moment, I mean, if nothing is wrong then why bother, but I'll do as requested and get a second opinion. MY SUGGESTION: If you go here, try to see Dr. Le. She's great - & if you need a filling, jus request extra attention to detail on smoothness, if your sensitive to such things (some people are not). They are both good doctors, but I'm getting the impression Dr. Amundson may have a "god complex" or something - with that general "Yeah I know everything and your wrong" mentality - and an aversion to dealing with anything negative herself. Most of what you deal with at any dentist is the Hygienist, and they are all excellent here.... If you need teeth cleanings often.. Certainly, go here, and I mean that!

Decent experience with past dental work but the accounting / billing staff needs to get things straightened out. They keep on sending bills for work that has already been paid, going on for multiple years now. At one time they corrected their billing error and stopped sending invoices but now they have resumed their invoice mailing. Can't get thru to them that it needs to stop. They have been paid. End of story. Maybe others who have experienced same issue can chime in and share their experience. I've had enough of it myself.

Dr Le is AMAZING! She never come across as uncaring and she is always willing to answer any questions I have and takes the time to make sure I understand her explanations and feel comfortable with the work that needs to be done. I wish I could leave more than 5 stars.

I have been going here now for 1 year. After my last visit July 2019 I got a concussion which put me on state assistance. Now you are listed on the site as accepting. I got there and was told you no longer accept state assistance. So your site is false. Very disappointed people with assistance qualify for a reason. I will NOT return or suggest to any family and friends.
