I had 2 teeth extracted and ofcourse both shattered. Now the surgeon has a probe prying out a root on one of the teeth. Second tooth had to have roots split. This was a rough deal. Even with all this surgeon was continuously assuring me and explaining what he was doing. Yes I ask him to do this. His assistant was friendly and calming. I have a few more teeth to come out and I will be going back.

This is my 2nd time coming to this office. Unfortunately I had one of my back teeth needed to be removed and it's was your organization that was so professional and knowledgeable of making me feel comfortable and pulling it out within moments. Thank you for a wonderful experience. I will send everybody your way thank you again you're the best.

My name is Sharon Rebecca and I'm just leaving the office and I wanted share how much I appreciaciated the way Dr Stephanie Weiss and her assistant Taylor treated me....with compassion and tenderness,really caring! All the staff is great! Love Christine and Nina too! Also had Dr Adam Weiss for a biopsy a couple of months ago and he treated me wonderfully too! So grateful for these wonderful professionals!!!

Amazing practice! Friendly and helpful staff and both dentists are extremely talented. I had about 13 teeth extracted with just novicaine and I had very little post op pain. They were fast and no wrenching or pressure on my jaw. My son is getting his wisdom teeth in and I will definatley be bringing him here!

I was pretty scared about getting tooth pulled. I have say I was very pleasantly surprised went super well and fast they were complete professionals and very nice. Highly recommend them!

This oral surgeon is infact a butcher. Do NOT go to this surgeon! He pulled all my top teeth didn't remove a single piece of bone. when I called to ask about bone spurs I was told to try to remove them myself. After telling my dentist I did not want to go back to this oral surgeon he suggested I go back anyway so I did. During that procedure he gave me novacaine and immediately picked up a scalpel and started cutting he didn't even remove the bone spur i was having problems with. I honestly can't see how anyone has given the person more than the one star required to leave a review. The surgeon will do half the procedure send you home bill your insurance company for things he didn't do. I had to go to a different oral surgeon to have a perfected sinus fixed and have the rest of the procedure completed. DO NOT go to this place I've never been in so much pain in my life I was offered opiate pain killers after having told them I can not take opiates. I do not know how this place is still in business His skills as a surgeon are not as good as my writing skills good luck if this place is your only option.

The staff is AMAZING here. I was so nervous to get a tooth removed due to anxiety, and the entire staff was SO patient and kind to me throughout the whole process. I genuinely appreciated their professionalism and empathy. Any bad reviews of this place are people complaining they have to wait for appointments, this office is super busy, so be understanding!

Dr Adam Weiss and his support staff are professional, compassionate, caring and did a FANTASTIC job on my extractions...little to zero pain during and after. Great people and HIGHLY recommended.

Always a pleasant experience. Staff is very friendly and accommodating . I've been to this office a few times and have been extremely satisfied every visit. I felt very comfortable each time, they explained everything they were doing from start to finish. Drs are very professional and do an excellent job. They go above and beyond always. I would highly recommend this office.

Let me start this out by saying I typically HATE needles. The staff was super kind, and I had the IV super fast; I barely even noticed! The Dr. was super chill and happy to talk, and the staff seemed to be morning people, props to them! Last thing I remembered was going to sleep in the chair and waking up in my own bed. Considering the nightmare people talk about with Wisdom teeth, I think the staff did an amazing job.

Horrible front desk staff!! AVOID THIS CLINIC IF YOU HAVE ANY OTHER CHOICE!! First time I had to call 4 times and left 4 messages, waited a month and no answer. Second time I FINALLY got hold of someone, but they said the referral has to be sent to them PRIOR to making the appointment; The THIRD time I called making sure they had everything they need, they wanted the insurance information PRIOR making the appointment, but IN FACT all they asked was the insurance provider- I COULD'VE GIVEN THEM THAT INFORMATION OVER THE PHONE!!!!

If I could give zero stars I would, the receptionist and dental assistant were nasty and rude to both myself and my husband, she continued to cuss about my husband once we were in the back room and refused to leave so I could speak with the dentist. They are just as trashy and low class as the building they work in. The dentist called to discharge us from their office which we both found hilarious since we wouldn't go back if they begged us. The only thing anyone will get there in an infection and bad attitude.

I had a great experience here at Dr Weiss's office .I actually went two times to have my teeth extracted and seen both dentist they are very helpful and calming got through my procedure and everything went great got me in quickly the front desk was very helpful with all the information . Jasmine was the name of the person I believe and the other people were helpful also but overall 5 out of five recommend to anyone who needs her teeth pulled or needs help checking with their teeth . I would call and make sure you make your appointment and stick to the appointment with your referral just to make it easier because they need that information and they got me right in. just like anywhere else other people have appointments and they need to get in for there appointment just like me so I made sure I was there 15 minutes early and overall great time besides the teeth getting pulled no one likes that thank you again.

The Staff at Amsterdam Dental were unprofessional and unethical. My daughter had to have her wisdom teeth removed and they were the only ones that would accept the insurance. I called to schedule the appointment. Everything seemed routine I grabbed my kids from school and headed to Amsterdam Dental. We arrived the building looks like an abandoned warehouse, we check in for the appointment and the receptionist stated I did not have a scheduled appointment after I received texts from the office to confirm. I was obviously upset I drove there and removed my children from school. The receptionist then spoke to staff and to the dentist and magically found an appointment after everyone else in the waiting room that got there after we did. The receptionist stated the dentist has children to head home to acting as if she was doing us a favor. My kids and I walk back a nurse (hygienist) rushed and quickly took X-rays and put us in rear office with the door open. We spoke to a consultant who explained that it was a 6 months wait for the procedure and that I would have to call to schedule it. Then the dentist came in and followed up by saying as soon as we hear back from the insurance the procedure had a two week wait. We left and heard back from the insurance company within days and scheduled. Again I received the text message to confirm so I followed up with a phone call. We get to the appointment as scheduled we check in everything seemed normal. The same speedy nurse who took the X-rays was administering the meds she seemed friendly. I waited for everything to kick in then the dentist and another blonde nurse pop in. The door was closed on me so I walked to the waiting room. I waited 45 minutes I wasn't called back nor was my daughter given time to fully wake up. She said the nurse was watching her wake up and as soon as she opened her eyes she asked if she was ready. From prior experience since it's a kid they observe and go over the medication and aftercare with the parent in the room to make sure there wasn't any reactions to the anesthesia and then they release the patient. My child was wobbled into the public waiting area to discuss the medication and aftercare for her procedure. My child sat back in a chair and her head fell back into the wall the nurse then asked if I needed time to get the car and if we needed a wheelchair or help to the car. I grabbed my child's phone. I asked why wasn't I called back to discuss it in the private room and the speedy nurse walked away. I rushed home and later called to ask if it was normal for a headache the receptionist then threatened me saying they will press charges or take legal actions against me if I was recording the appointment and if it was posted on social media. Same receptionist who could not find my first appointment. Of course angry we briefly discussed their service and how some things were considered HIPAA violations and I again asked if it was normal to have the headache. A week or so later we get a letter in the mail stating we did not attend our appointment and how important it is to keep the set appointment. This place is a joke.

Today is my fifth day after my full mouth extraction. I went in there so beyond nervous, anxious, & all of the things. The staff there knew how bad my anxiety was, & literally kept me calm, somewhat collected, & they were just straight up absolutely amazing! Definitely calmed my fear of dentists in the 3 hours I was there. I highly recommend them!

I went in EXTREMELY anxious to get dental work done, and they were amazing. The staff was beyond kind, and extremely time efficient. I'd definitely recommend.

Furious and severe pain!! 2 teeth pulled Monday afternoon..they said call anytime if pain. I get dry sockets always. I call Thursday morning..Im in horrific pain!! Come tommorrow!! What?,!! She tells me sorry we had to cancel half of our appointments. The pain has not went away it's worse and this is not an appointment this is an emergency!! Come tommorrow at 1130.. So disgusted!!! Thankfully my dentist is ALSO completely booked BUT WILL SEE ME!!
