The worst woman , Inhuman she has no right to be a doctor , She did not have mercy on my 90 year old mother , She was disrespectful not only to my mother she was doing same to all other patient , Within few munites she will let patient go so she call make bucks , Screem , yelling at patient is normal for her . , I called her office to get her license no so I can report batter business bureau no one got back to me yet , I wish I could meet her infront of Judge , I want to see her in court.

Dr DeMeireles is very professional and pleasant. I've been coming here for years and I highly recommend. I have nothing but good things to say about this facility.

Grumpy old lady!! She has no bedside manners. She is there just to make a buck. Revolving door for patients, one goes in other comes out. Wouldn't recommend anyone who is looking for a dentist who really cares for their patients

I went yesterday because I had tooth pain and I was very disappointed all the doctor did was tap on my teeth and ask which one hurts and she looked with her mirror for 5 seconds and recommended me to an endodontist and the two she recommended was in Hauppage and the other was in port Washington and she wasn't even sure if they accepted my insurance and when I called the one in port Washington they said I have to call Monday but I have teeth pain!! Now and the time before that I waited almost 2 hours and she didn't care don't come here I came here cause it was convient but I can't take it anymore

I called on a Friday morning and spoke with Perla! She was able to find availability for my cleaning the same day due to a cancellation! The cleaning was amazing! I had plaque build up and the hygenist removed it in it's entirety. I'll be returning for more of their pain-free services. As someone who avoids the dentist due to pain Amityville Dental did everything in their capacity to ease my concern. I appreciate the friendly staff and expert knowledge that's leveraged to care for patients. Thank you!

Convenient , local clean office office staff are very polite, however the Dentist may rub you the wrong way impatient, pushy and opionated, my tolerance level pushed to end. l called 2hrs ahead sick wanted to cancel the dentist said call back when you can make it. I replied l can come in and get your whole office sick. The dentist handed the phone to the receptionist, l was able to make an appointment at a later date. I think l will be moving on

Dr. D is simply the best. I have always been terrified of going to the dentist due to bad experiences in the past but Dr. D and her staff are super friendly and make me feel comfortable. I have gone several times for fillings and other issues and I always walk out feeling better. I wouldn't go to any other dentist but this one. Highly recommend.

Since the height of the covid 19 pandemic. We just returned for our yearly checkup and cleaning after 8 months and i must say we i.e , Me and my wife felt very comfortable from the time we walked in in during our visit. Our temp. was checked and recorded on the sign in sheet including all CDC guidelines like social distancing and washing of hands were met. The dental hygienist GINI. was very professional and very courteous and patient and explained how to maintain and clean your teeth daily. From the entire staff including the front office receptionist like Kathryn, Marlanay. Nidia the dental assistant, and above all Dr. DeMeireles we are treated like family and get that feeling of honesty, integrity and respect. Highly recommend this office.

Stay away from this Dentist, she only cares about money. Years ago when I was a student and had Medicaid as health insurance I went to her office for a cleaning and I needed a root canal. At my first visit they took X-rays and told me that I needed Medicaid approval for the root canal. They did not clean my teeth and I was told they would do it at my follow up visit when i would learn if I was approved for the root canal. At the follow up, she told me that Medicaid did not approve the root canal so there was nothing she could do for me unless I paid out of pocket. So I reminded her that I never received the cleaning on my first visit even though she had charged Medicaid. She was visibly annoyed and told me her hygienist was not in. She then proceeded to give me the most uncomfortable and rough cleaning I have ever experienced. She even went as far as to ask me why did I wait so long to go to the dentist, trying to bring me down. It has been at least 10years since that experience and I still despise her unprofessionalism and scheming ways. She charged Medicaid knowing damn well she did not perform the services on me. If I did not speak up she would have gotten away with it. It was obvious then that all she cared about was money and not the needs of her patients. She is a horrible horrible woman.

Best dentist I have ever been to. Dr.D and staff are always on time, thorough and always treats all her patients with respect. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dentist in the Long Island area . YOU WILL NOT HE DISSAPOINTED !

Great dental service and and exceptionally nice staff. I have been going to Amityville Dental for 10 years and I don't think I've ever had a better dentist in my life. I would recommend to anyone.

Dr.D is very sweet and informative. The entire cleaning and examination process was explained by both the hygienist and Dr.D and was treated like family during my visit.

I've been going to dr demeireles for 20 years. She is an amazing dentist and person! Her and her staff are very friendly and caring. I get appointments right away and I never wait when I have an appointment. Any problems with my teeth, she takes me in right away and fixes the problem. I always get compliments on my teeth. I wouldn't go to any other dentist!! She is excellent!

A few years ago a friend of my husband's heard us struggling to find help for me regarding my dental issues and he recommended Dr Demeireles, let me tell you something! The first time I went for a visit I was super nervous and lack self-confidence about my situation concerning my mouth. By time my first visit ended, I knew this was where I always going to be. Dr. D Is just an angel in human form, shes great at what she does ,she always talks to you to find out how you are doing, also she's always make sure your comfortable at all times. Her staff are always on top of things at all times.They are very alert whenever you call for information its like they all remember each patients individually. All my family now goes to see Dr. D because of the bond we developed when we go there we feel like family despite the fact that our skin color are different she looks and treat everyone equally thanks to Dr. D a very young woman like myself can smile with confidence .

I haven't been here in a while for many reasons. Dentist is nice when she wants to be, she asks you all kinds of questions and one can say that she takes the time to ask you how you are doing but for me, she kept asking me where I worked every time I came in and kept offering me a job, kept asking me to leave her a review which I never did because it definitely wouldn't of been a review that she would have wanted. Even if I was unemployed and in desperate need of money, I would never take her up on that offer. From the few times that I have been there in the past, she was very rude to her employees. Maybe they were used to this because at least one of them did stand up against her but that is definitely not an environment that I could ever work in. I decided to write this review now, 2 years later because I have been going to another dental office in Amityville and I don't know if it's just dentists in Amityville or what but I am now having another bad experience with another dentist and I'm annoyed at this point. Love your profession, treat everyone with the same love and respect that you demand or just don't work around people and/or possibly choose another profession. (Used a fake name but this is a real experience and a real review.)
