Hands down the best staff ever! Knowledgeable, nice, experienced, and helpful. Rarely do you find a dental practice that makes you feel like family. You are not a number. They build a relationship with you and recommend ways to keep your teeth and mouth in great shape. They are not pushy and sales oriented. They are relationship oriented. I will always recommend people to go to Amherst Dentistry!

From the moment I enter Amherst Dentistry, I am treated with courtesy, respect and professionalism. Doctors Judi and Niki are first class doctors who take the time to explain the best approach to my dental health. The reception and dental hygienist teams are friendly, thorough and focused on my health. Amherst Dentistry treats me as a person wants to be treated. This team never treats patients like they are in a dental treatment "factory" environment. If you prefer quality care with kindness, you will be thrilled with Amherst Dentistry!

I felt very comfortable while I was there. It was my first visit and I was extremely anxious but the lady that cleaned my teeth . She was kind understanding and very knowledgeable. I will be going here from now on with all my dental issues.

My prior dental experience was less than ideal, so I was highly apprehensive when searching for a new dentist. Fortunately, when I discovered Amherst Dentistry, I was put somewhat at ease by the consistently good reviews and photos of the practice. I visited on Friday, 10/14 to begin the new patient process and to address an emergency cavity concern. Upon entering the facility, I was greeted by Emily, who was friendly and welcoming. The facility was clean, well lit, visually welcoming and without any clutter. Without going into too much detail, Emily, who is also a dental assistant, immediately put my apprehension at ease by chatting with me (Go Bills!), walking me through a potential plan of attack for my problem and was overall extremely friendly. All of this occurred before, during and after she took x-rays. Shortly after, Dr. Nikki came into the examination area and was just as friendly and informing as Emily. She walked me through what the x-rays showed, asked me plenty of questions to gauge the proper procedure to be done and when it was time for my cavities to be addressed, she and Miranda, another dental assistant, quickly went to work. At no point during the filling process did I feel uncomfortable or nervous. Dr. Nikki consistently checked in to ensure I wasn't in any pain and offered clear guidance to ensure I was comfortable and she and Miranda had proper clearance. The simple reassurance of "you're doing great" truly went a long way to keep my nerves at ease. The entire process was gentle and pain-free. I can't say enough about how wonderful Dr. Nikki, Emily and Miranda were when working on me. Their friendliness and knowledge made sure I will be visiting them in the future.

This place is the best.... the staff is professional and friendly. I have always had a fear of the dentist. This office was good at making me comfortable. I recommend them for anyone looking for a good dental office for complete care. Dr Judy and Shelby were the best

First time patient here and the office was fantastic. Myself and my three year old daughter went together. All of the girls working were friendly and helped me fill out my paperwork. The hygienist, Samantha, was thorough yet gentle in her cleaning. Then I saw Dr. Judi who was personable, took the time to talk to me about my exam and left me feeling confident in the care I had received. My daughter had a terrific time, the Samantha was great with her. She helped to explain everything that was going to happen, showing her the tools and talking her through each step. Will definitely be going here for a long time!

Had another great experience at Amherst Dentistry! I had been thinking about having some cosmetic work done & have gone back & forth with my decision for years. Dr. Judi John-Roberts had been patient & professional in going over my options each time I brought it up. This was the year I decided to finally go for it! My plan required multiple visits. Throughout the entire process I worked with Dr. Roberts & the same technician, Emily, each visit. I loved the consistency of working with the same tech each visit & Emily was great! She was professional, competent & a perfectionist, but also put me at ease during each visit. Both Emily & Dr. Roberts work so well together & I really felt like we were a team with the one goal of giving me exactly what I was looking for, a confident, natural smile. So happy I finally went for it! I would recommend Amherst Dentistry to everyone, and I do!
