Dr. Sindoni was fantastic. I came nervous about removing all my wisdom teeth at once but everyone there was super comforting and accommodating. If/when I get an implant, this will be the place I go.

Absolutely amazing experience. Dr. Sindoni was truly great. He really cares about his patients, followed up with me the same day I had my wisdom teeth out. Everyone at the office is incredibly nice too.

Dr. Sidoni and his team were excellent with my toddler. They took a potentially frightening ordeal, for both of us, and made it as clear and straightforward and painless as possible. I am grateful for their excellent care of my family!

Dr. Sindoni. extracted my sons wisdom teeth and did a great job. I scheduled an appointment for myself, went to the consult meeting, and paid the $200 for the special xray. I had to cancel my first surgery date because of work issues, and then again later because my husband shad a heart attack and surgery and I couldn't go because I had to take care of him. My surgery appointment was canceled because of the pandemic after that. So I called them and the scheduling person wouldn't schedule me because of the previous cancellations. She said they were trying to catch up with the pandemic cancellations. I told her I was one of the cancellation people!!! She said because of the cancellations she couldn't schedule me right away. I have been calling her for over two months to reschedule and she won't even take my call!!! I left numerous messages and no call back. I called Dr Sindoni directly, twice, and he never returned my call either. What kind of office does this to a patient?? It's a shame because I really liked him and his medical team, he did a great job with my son. His scheduling team gets 1 star. UPDATE November..After I wrote this review..I finally talked to someone about rescheduling and the secretary told me I had to go somewhere else, I asked why and she wouldn't give me an answer after asking her why about three times because "they couldn't meet my expectations." So I asked to talk to Dr. Sindoni to clarify this situation....Never talked to him, or received a phone call. That's how they treat you if you reschedule too many times regardless of the situation. I will NEVER REFER ANYONE TO THEM AGAIN! A friend gave me the name of a top rated surgeon that will be doing the wisdom tooth extraction. I told them about what happened and they were surprised that I was treated like that. What a shame.....

I was referred to this office from my dentist Dr. Jeff Levy at Clarence Center Family Dental. Dr. Sindoni and his staff have been incredible throughout my oral surgery journey. They were always available to answer any questions or concerns I had whether it be related to the procedure itself, the healing process, billing and insurance, etc. They are not only so talented, but extremely kind. I feel so welcome whenever I come to the office! Would definitely recommend for anyone in need of oral surgery.

I had a few consultations prior to making an appointment with Dr. Sindoni for wisdom teeth extractions and a possible bone graft. I decided to cancel my surgery with a different surgeon to make an appointment with Dr. Sindoni because I was a previous patient of his. The first available was 2m out and as a previous patient, some of my info was already in the system. The rest I had to fill in through their online registry. The form is specific and extensive, so my previous surgeries, diagnoses, and imaging were all listed and attached. I called and confirmed my appointment last week that was scheduled for today, and I asked if there was anything else needed. Needless to say, I received a call just a few hours before my appointment today that I waited two months for, and after reviewing my info that I filled out over a month ago, it was determined that more imaging would be needed, and that Dr. Sindoni no longer sees patients with my diagnosis. While I did appreciate the call, and the ensuing consult over the phone with his coordinator, that information would've been more valuable to me two months ago when I canceled my surgery to get another opinion with a doctor who has already done a good job with me. And since his practice had access to my records and information, they could've easily looked at it once it was submitted, told me I'd need further imaging which I could've obtained in the interim, and let me know that he no longer sees patients with my diagnosis. I could've rescheduled my surgery early on and not wasted two months waiting for an appointment that didn't happen. It also baffles me how providers are willing to do a free consult over the phone or an appointment in general over the phone when it's convenient for them. It would've been better had I received the call from the doctor. Yes I was saved from paying for an out-of-pocket consult as the practice doesn't accept my insurance, but the two months that were wasted waiting were much more valuable to me. This has set back my treatment yet again with another specialist.

If you live anywhere close to this office please do yourself a favor and utilize their services. I e been to many dentists/doctors and this office crushes all others. They take you on time, do a fantastic job, and have a great bedside manner. I had wisdom teeth taken out by the Dr. as well as one other tooth and the experience was fabulous aside from the well, pulling teeth out general factor. 100% recommended.

I had 4 teeth removed (3 wisdom and 1 second molar). Dr Sindoni and his staff were excellent. They put me at ease from the get go. The post operative plan was excellent at minimizing my pain and getting me back to work quickly. Highly recommend Dr Sindoni.

Dr. Sindoni and his staff are friendly, knowledgeable, caring and professional! They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. They take their time to explain everything very thoroughly! I would highly recommend Dr. Sindoni!! His work is perfection as is his relationship with clientelle.

Dr. Frank ensured we knew exactly what the procedure entailed for our 4 year old while also providing our daughter with a welcoming environment where she felt safe and confident that the nurses and Dr. Frank had her best interest at heart. I'd recommend this place without hesitation.

Dr Sindoni and his staff were great! Very professional, informative and everything ran on schedule. They answered all questions with patience and thoughtfulness, making the surgical procedure smooth and as worry free as possible. Dr Sindoni's personal follow up by phone the evening after the procedure was kind and much appreciate as well...Highly recommend this practice!!

Dr. Sindoni and his staff are extremely professional and compassionate. The entire experience for my daughter was positive and the same can be said for the experience my son had last summer. I would highly recommend Dr. Sindoni and his team for anyone in need of having their wisdom teeth removed.

Everyone on Dr Sindonis team is of professional demeanour and very comforting. If you need to have a surgical procedure on your mouth I highly recommend Dr. Sindoni at Amherst Associates. He will ensure you are as comfortable as possible. The team from receptionist to dental and surgical assistants are there to make your experience the best it possibly can be. After procedure the Dr. will make himself available to you if any problems or questions., and believe me he gets back to you quickly.
