Hillary, joining our team in April 2014, brings with her not only a strong background in the dental field but also extensive experience spanning nearly a decade in Human Resources at local hospitals. Hillary is certified by the American Heart Association in BLS/CPR on a Healthcare Provider Level and has taken part in both OSHA and HIPAA training courses. She is graduate of Chelmsford High School and has completed course work at Endicott College. As a seasoned professional working with patients, Hillary has always loved working directly with people to help solve whatever problems or issues that may arise. Her positive demeanor and upbeat attitude never fails to make patients feel comfortable and welcome.
Hillary currently resides in Dracut and plays the role of mom, step-mom and fur-baby mom to her wonderfully spirited daughter Ella, her step son Ryan and her fur-baby MAX. In her free time, Hillary enjoys working out, watching any New England sports team succeed and challenging herself in her passion of running.
Neisha is an undergraduate attending Middlesex Community college to further her education in Business Technology. She is also certified in Basic Life Support/CPR and has completed training in Infection Control and OSHA Compliance. Neisha loves to sing and shop and spend time with her beautiful daughter, Niahmialee. Neisha is a proud resident of Lowell where she grew up. She is ecstatic about her new beginnings in her life, especially working with our team and patients. Our patients smile truly brings out the joy in her.
Desiree originally started here at Amerident Dental as a Dental Assistant in 2000 while working towards a degree to become a registered Dental Hygienist. She completed her degree in 2005 and has been a Dental Hygienist working in her field since then. Desiree returned here in 2014 part-time both in back office duties as well as a Per-Diem role for the Hygiene team.
She enjoys creating long lasting relationships with her patients and especially enjoys teaching good oral health habits to her pediatric patients. Desiree is married to her high school sweetheart and is the mother of her wonderfully happy and outgoing daughter Willa. Desiree enjoys baking, painting and spending time in Vermont at a family home.
Alison joined our team in 2002 and is known to patients for her caring nature and gentle expertise. She listens to patients' concerns and provides guidance towards optimal health. Alison stays current in her knowledge and skills by attending continuing education courses. She maintains BLS/CPR Certification at a Healthcare Provider level and a Local Anesthesia permit since obtaining her Registered Dental Hygienist license, graduating with an Associates degree from Middlesex Community College and a Bachelors degree from the Fones School of Dental Hygiene. In her free time, Alison spends quality time with her family, friends and pets. She enjoys outdoor activities, traveling, music, cooking and exercise.
Yassemin attended Middlesex Community College where she earned her degree in Dental Hygiene in 2007. She has her CPR certification as well as local anesthesia license. She is very passionate about her work and is dedicated to providing patients with the highest quality of preventive care. She strives to make patients feel comfortable in the dental chair. She has a very outgoing and caring personality which shines the minute you talk to her. Her love for the field makes her a great teacher to educate her patients on the importance oral hygiene.

As a dental professional, I stay up to date on the latest advancements in dentistry in order to provide the most current treatment options for my patients. As a doctor, I recognize that my patients are unique individuals who have placed a great deal of trust in me and my team. That is just one reason why I value each and every patient relationship.
Dr. Judley Alphonse is passionate about patient satisfaction. As a dentist, he appreciates getting to meet all types of people and finding a way to adapt his skills and knowledge to each individuals needs.After a few years working with Oral Surgery at Boston Medical Center, Dr. Alphonse attended Boston Universitys Henry M Goldman School of Dental Medicine, earning his Doctorate in Dental Medicine.
He is CPR certified on a Healthcare Provider Level and has completed training in Infection Control and OSHA Compliance. Dr. Alphonse has a cheerful but quiet personality and thoroughly enjoys coming to work with his patients and team. His patients often express compliments to our team members on how happy they are to have met him.
Dr. Abboud Mallouh has been with the practice for over Twenty years. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from New York University Dental School. He continued his studies at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine where he earned his Periodontal degree in August of 1998.

I'm always hesitant to book with new dentist offices because of sensitivity but was really thrilled with my 1st visit today after 6 hrs w/o a dentist. Everyone I interacted with from front office to hygienist to the dentist were amazing. Friendly, professional, caring - definitely would recommend!

Love this place! Excellent customer experience from the scheduling of my appointment to the actual visit!! The hygienist is amazing - she made me feel very comfortable and did a great job on my teeth! I highly recommend Amerident!!

I was a most satisfying visit, I had broken a crown from another dentist. Because what the crown was glued in with, broke off part of part of my remaining tooth they couldn't put the broken crown back in. They immediately prep me for a new crown. Exactly what I wanted.

I used to be scared to death to go to the dentist. My teeth suffered because of it. My boss told me about you so I gave it a try. You have all been wonderful. I'm no longer scared to death or worry as much as I used to. Thank you all!!!

Dentist does a great job cleaning and checking all your teeth. It's very important to check every teeth to find out whether or not there's cavity. I'm very satisfied. I recommend this dentist 100%

So far best dentist I have ever been to. I was a little nervous taking my son to the dentist for the first time but they manage to make me feel like he was already going there. They were very patient with me and my family, especially with my son. The hygienist Desiree desserves a 10 star.. she was so gentle and caring and I did not feel A THING. Dr. Alphonse is nothing less than amazing and they take their time with patients. The whole office experience and the staff as a whole will not disappoint you.

Wow. What a great experience for a first appointment. Understanding the ins and outs of insurance and what's covered isn't easy for patients. They made sure to check everything and were up front about costs before doing anything. I really appreciated that they spent that extra 5 minutes explaining everything. The staff was also super friendly and made me laugh. I'll certainly be back.

I recently transferred to your office and have such bad anxiety when comes to dentist appointments because off past issues at old practice that I haven't been in 7 years and I have a lot of work to do to catch up but I want to say thank you and I appreciate your help and patience with me. You all have been amazing! I went because my cousin works here and she took great care of me for my deep cleaning and gums feel so much better! I just had a root canal and dr. A did such an amazing job I didn't feel a thing! I'm so happy with the care I received so far that I transferred my daughters here also! Thank you all for being such a caring understanding team it makes a world of a difference especially with someone with such anxiety like myself! I will definitely be referring more your way!
