I had a very good experience today with my daughter and my son. But sad to see they don't give out toothbrushes or the toothpaste or floss the kids get excited and want to use it more because the dentist office gave it to them, but not this time they didn't pass anything out but their next appointment. Now I know what kind of money you get through their insurance and I'm sure plenty other patients there's no reason why that had to change. So I hope this new company realize they're pediatric dentist do it for the kids my kids we're so disappointed and please don't say they stoped doing it because they don't have the money.

The staff are very good at what they do, however, the office itself is filthy. The air conditioning vents are covered in mildew which is unhealthy for the patients as well as the staff. The floors, walls, and baseboards need cleaning and painting. It used to be fairly nice. I'm looking for another dentist office because this one is so dirty and they have no plans on cleaning it up. It's really a simple fix to clean up and paint the place. If you put the staff in a clean environment I would give them 5 stars. I've been going there for several years and it has deteriorated significantly over that time. Too bad. It would be helpful to myself and other parents to know you are doing something to clean up the office to make it a healthy and aesthetically pleasing environment. I would stay with this office if this was done asap.

My son says it hurt getting his teeth cleaned he didn't tell anyone. And for being a pediatric office I would think they would have some headphones for kids who hate that noise

So they changed the name... used to go there . Used to have my kids see male MD there whom was amazing then left . Then got some female . Who lies and cheating for money. Tried to have my child get over the top procedure when there was nothing wrong. Didn't even know was the MD there. Rude. And didn't even say hi to anyone. Was sitting there next to me . Asked to see X-rays etc , couldn't show nor explain after realizing she was the Dentist . Wouldn't do his cleaning due to wanting to have random procedure done. Only good thing was staff is nice. Because I said absolutely not , refusing to have anything done. Took my son and left. And got another dentist ...telling me nothing was wrong.. Parents beware.

No one ever answers and it has been so frustrating. After 1 month of trying to book and appt someone finally got back to me but come to find out the operator booked it at the wrong location.Im kind of disappointed because I really do love the staff but this new transition has been awful for existent patients that are trying to make an appointment.
