Terrible terrible customer service My kids were transfer here because of their insurance 2.5 years ago. I kept coming because as of now it was only routine checks. Now I have an urgency with one of my kids and NOT only the appointment is 3 months away (with a crying child because her tooth hurts) But no help what so ever. Instead of helping within their offices and trying to accommodate the urgency within their many clinics and provide the option of availability They tell you if you want a sooner appointment YOU HAVE TO CALL THE OTHER CLINICS your self. Basically do their receptionist/ Appointment line JOB.

Worst experience ever. For my child today's appointment he needs Cardiology Clearance for a little heart PDA since birth. We went to the Cardiologist and got the Clearance and the antibiotic he should take before dental procedure. When I got here the staff is so disorganized and unprofessional. They said that the Cardiology clearance was not enough and this appointment was set up with plenty of time with no notice or advise that they need his own clearance form to be filled out. These people are a joke, working with kids and doesn't care really for patients and family needs. At the appointment time they said that sending their own clearance to the Cardiology's office and get it back must take 24 hours. However, I asked them to send the paper, I called to the Cardiology office and they filled out the other Clearance papers and sent it back in 15 min. No sense, no care, no humanity. They lost today 2 patients.

(Translated by Google) I made the appointment for my child for the first time on Saturday, July 9, they treated me kindly, but what I did not like is that when I called to make the appointment, the receptionist did not specify that the orthodontist was not there on Saturdays, therefore they could only clean it because they couldn't even fill it up, it is unfortunate that they don't inform the parents well when one calls and more than one lives far away from the clinic (Original) Hice el appointment por primera vez para mi nino para el sabado 9 de julio,me lo atendieron amablemente, pero lo que no me gusto es que cuando llame por telefono para hacer la cita la recepcionista no me especifico que los sabados no estaba el ortodoncista, por lo tanto solo le pudieron hacer limpieza porque ni empastar pudieron, es lamentable que no informen bien a los padres cuando uno llamay mas que uno vive bien lejos de la clinica
