I take my daughter for her annual visit every six month and every time I go is awesome! Doctors are very friendly and understanding with kids, and also take parents in consideration to join the process and explain everything you need to know about your child's dental health. Making and rescheduling appointments is very easy. And there's almost no wait time. Front desk staff is very polite and nice. Very happy with their services.

I've been coming to American pediatric dental in doral for 5 years. For the last 4 visits I've had a terrible experience. There is only one doctor and I've had to wait approximately an hour for her to see my son. I am looking to change dentist. If you value your time go somewhere else, as this office tends to double book appointments

(Translated by Google) The first thing I must say is that these people do NOT have the slightest ability to deal with children. If an adult finds it difficult to be as tolerant as possible in case they DISRESPECT their appointment time, imagine how difficult and frustrating it can be for a child, of any age, to spend more than 2 hours in a waiting room full of people. After that, which is already a huge lack of respect, then you go to a hygienist, who is not willing to understand or tolerate the NORMAL behaviors of a CHILD when a stranger goes to check his mouth, then this is where it is essential to put in practice PEDIATRIC knowledge and techniques, which they obviously DO NOT HAVE. Now, and as if that were not enough, you have to wait for the ONLY available doctor to come from cubicle to cubicle attending to each patient for at least 20 minutes, that is, you have to wait at least 40 minutes more for the child to be seen by the dentist. In total, 3hrs or more to complete your appointment. Today my appointment was at 12pm, I arrived at 11:50am, the room was packed. Visibly upset people. So much so that they made me wait inside an office they use as a storage room, because there was no more space in the room. A lady asked how much longer she should wait because her appointment was at 11:00 am, the receptionist's response was: "You have to understand that today is a non-school day and there are family groups of up to 4 people, I don't know how long. time you have to wait, please be patient or reschedule your appointment. What??? Something irrational, to me that I care about "family groups" your agenda must be structured by PATIENTS and I agreed to the time of attention for each one individually. You cannot give a 45-minute appointment to serve 4 people. A lack of logic and an excess of impudence. Only pending billing and get money from insurance. Finally, after 1:30 min of waiting, we left without being attended to, I have been in the same situation for 4 years, I will no longer tolerate this mediocrity, quality doctors abound. My advice, don't waste your time, money or energy on this place. Assert and respect your time and money. You are paying for a service, you are not being treated for free.

First & foremost, the dentist is wonderful & competent. She is responsible for all two stars. The support staff is dreadful. They are consistently overbook the office. We waited for an hour with five families in the waiting room. That's a lot of people in a small area, and an awful long time to ask children to wait calmly, especially for an appointment that can be a nerve wracking experience.
