Today my 8 year old was treated by Dr.King. I was a nervous wreck for him to get 2 fillings but she and her assistant were absolutely amazing! They laughed with him, had relatable conversations and he didn't cry or complain once! I have been coming here for years. Office staff is very personable and friendly.

Very bad experience with my 6 year old, took him to get a cavity cleaned, they cleaned it really fast and sent him home right away. My son kept feeling discomfort. Was never scared of the dentist and since that one time he now hates the dentist, took him somewhere else were they were more gentle.

They make you "confirm" your appts. They send out emails.... texts.. and calls.. if you don't confirm , your apt will be cancelled.. ONLY PROBLEM... I never received any of those!! So I call the day of to confirm and guess what? It was cancelled!! Front desk is so unprofessional. If you make an apt time... they'll move it back 30 minutes or so and act like you're crazy. They won't write down your apt time and say there will be a text sent you you so there's NO PROOF of you're apt .

Honestly..the guy on the front desk is as rude a person as you are ever likely to meet. His attitude is like he cannot be bothered with you, shaking his head and rolling his eyes as he talks to you. I will be moving my child to another dentist because of his terrible attitud. We have mentioned this to the dentist previously but I guess nothing was done about his bad attitude
