So unfortunate that I am even writing this review. The (2) separate Dentist who attended my spouse were phenomenal. The person who runs the front desk however, is not. She is dishonest, and lacks the efficiency needed to run a front desk much less a medical office. My spouse went in on 7/21/22 with what he assumed was a broken molar - turns out he needs a root canal. I had in error given her my son's insurance card, I noticed my error and the same day corrected my error and gave her the proper card. Not only did she NOT call the insurance to be billed but proceeded to blame me. I kept calling bc the dentist stated to call back within a week as we should have an authorization for his root canal. She avoided all of my calls, until I called from a different number. I then proceeded to tell her what occurred and my spouse was seen again promptly on 9/1/22 - over a month later - and again he was told by the owner - Dentist - to call back within a week. We did, we left a number of messages to no avail. I followed up with the insurance, they had received the bill for Sept 1st the next day but had yet to received any request for authorization. Furthermore the insurance had never even received the bill for the first visit done on 7/21. They stated authorizations are electronic and can be approved as fast as 2-5business days - Caroline left a message stating it could only be done via mail and could take up to 30days - which my spouse's insurance stated was incorrect. Needless to say my spouse is in pain, he is the one who is suffering needlessly due to the incompetence and arrogance of a person struggling to keep up with the work load.

I thought this place was going to promising. No one EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE. I called about a cavity and a date for my root canal at least 10 times. This has been going on since November. I understand it gets busy but when you have 5 months to figure out and schedule an appointment that is plenty of time. Edit: Since my last review it seems things have turned around tremendously. Even though the place is still very busy and it's hard to get appointments the staff took great care of me And fit me in quickly. The phones promptly answered and everyone is very kind. Highly recommend 4/27/22

Mary is an excellent receptionist, she works diligently and tries her best to accommodate every patient! Along with the dental hygienist Alexis, got my cleaning with her and she explained everything as well as being gentle.

They have always been pretty good with my kids but are very rude to me. I had to reschedule an appointment due to family problems and they gave me attitude, even though I did it 48 hours in advanced. They were in the middle of fixing a very bad tooth that has caused me pain for some time. Then one day they called and said I was late for an appointment. When I told them I didn't have one for that day I had one for next month they basically told me I was lying. I told them I was holding the appointment card they gave me and it said next month. They told me since it was my fault for missing this appointment they were gonna have to drop me as a client. I told them it wasn't my fault they didn't give e a correct apt card to which the receptionist replied " you should have known the date was wrong so it is on you for missing today. We cant not serve you anymore." and hung up. Now my tooth is worse and they refuse to help me because of their mistake.
