They cancelled my appointment with FOUR HOURS NOTICE and said they couldn't reschedule me for ANOTHER 8 MONTHS- FOR A SIMPLE CLEANING! Their excuse? Even though I called them to confirm my appointment, they said they couldn't leave me a voicemail because MY FATHER JUST DIED FROM COVID AND I SWITCHED MY PHONE LINE OVER TO HIS NEW PHONE- apparently the voicemail isn't set up properly yet. I TRAVELLED THOUSANDS OF MILES TO A FUNERAL YET HAD NO PROBLEM KEEPING MY APPOINTMENT- WHAT IS THEIR EXCUSE?!?! UNACCEPTABLE- I TOLD THEM I WILL FIND A NEW DENTIST FROM NOW ON!!!!

This place should be shut down! They do not care about patients well being but only see dollar signs. I highly recommend finding another dental practice! This place not only misdiagnoses you but will also refrains to refer patients to a specialist when needed.

I love this dentist we actually talked about football alil bit before taking my teeth out he's a Giants fan and I'm a Bills fan but he gave me a lot of Novacane so I wouldn't feel any pain whatsoever thank you guys so much I always feel so welcomed whenever I go here. I recommend them to everybody do NOT go to East Hill Dental they are garbage cause at East Hill he only gave me 2 shots of Novacane I was in extreme pain when he only pulled out 1 tooth.

i really don't know what their issue is. a lot of the assistants are really nice but the dentist herself not so much. she doesn't seem to care about her clients at all. i went to get a root canal but all they did was do a fill in and somehow had to wait more than a month to get my actual root canal. i have been brushing my teeth but after my root canal WEEKS ago my tooth still hurts and i can't even chew on that side. I don't know where else takes fidelis so that's where i had to go but definitely horrible. the dentist is also pretty rude. she doesn't talk nicely or hardly at all. when i would accidentally swallow the fluid in my mouth when. cleaning instead of waiting to get it sucked out she would keep rolling her eyes and getting mad and complain. i would try my best to not do it and i know it can be frustrating but she's not professional

I called to make an apt and carol T hung up on me while I was exposing my pain I was having in my tooth I do not recommend these ignorant people when some one is looking for help and you just hang up on them your no professional and I am speaking to corporate

I went there the other day to get my wisdom teeth removed they removed 3 of 4, my right side Doesn't hurt my left side dose where they removed 1 the gave me pain killers spoke with a family members dentist she said the were also supposed to give antibiotics but none were given my cheek is warm to the touch and I have been running a fever so I am no expert but I think it maybe infected. Would not recommend this place at all to anyone even as a last resort there are places in syr you can go to that are better a horse would have done a better job at removing my teeth.

I would rate zero stars if that was a possibility!!!!! Do not recommend at all. TERRIBLE crowns on my FRONT TEETH and ruined perfectly good teeth. So upset with myself for allowing them to do this work on my teeth. Ugh if I could go back in time I would NEVERRRRRR go here. Thanks for ruining my teeth. They'll only take you for your insurance $$$. If you have Medicaid and this is the only that accepts your insurance I still wouldn't recommend. Regretting it forever. Please don't go here... P.S the dentist said I didn't have any wisdom teeth on my first appointment. Come to find out the next appointment(a few weeks later) I magically had all of them. LOL. How does a dentist not realize that they are beginning to grow in on the first appt? Totally messed up and terrible. My anger towards this place will never end

I don't recommend this dentist at all. The most frustrating thing is to schedule an appointment and then have them reschedule it due to the dentist being sent elsewhere. These days are days I have to request off from work. Oh! And if you have to cancel. They can charge you for it.

Sent for a cleaning, they told me I had plaque between my teeth. They decided to fill three of my teeth, when discomfort arose I was told I had to deal with the pain for almost a week before they could even see me again. Went in to find out the filling had caused a cavity to form around my nerve. They got mad and the dentist was very confrontational when I refused a root canal and asked for them to pull it. If it wasn't for the fact that they were the only ones to take my insurance, I would have gone ANYWHERE else. Not very professional in the slightest.

I have been looking for a new dentist for my family. My husband went here a few times, the last time he went he left in so much pain. Decided never to go back. I thought that it was just a fluke so I made an appointment for myself and my son. I was getting some pain with a tooth so I called up and they were able to get me in the next day. Which was the only good thing about my visit. They hygienist was amazing. She was friendly and informative. I explained that I could not take any type of ibuprofen and that some antibiotics really mess with me. She explained that they would prescribe amoxicillin. Which was fine. I seen the dentist for a minute, she did not speak one word to me at all. Looked in my mouth talked to the hygienist and that was it. After the "Cleaning" I left there in more pain then when I went in. All day my entire mouth was killing me. I go pick up the script and I had ibuprofen and not amoxicillin. I called back and the receptionist told me that I HADE to take that antibiotic they would not change it. I took one, it was terrible. Next day I called to see if they could have something else called in, receptionist called me back and left a message, that they will not be able to change the antibiotic, even though it was making me extremely sick. They were absolutely no help and have left me in more pain then I was in before. I ended up calling my primary doctor and they have actually been more help then a dentist! I will never go here again, I called up and cancelled all my upcoming appointments and my sons. I would not take my dog here to get his teeth worked on. This is the absolute worst dentist I have ever been to in my life.....

I seen one of the nicest dentists who told me one thing I go back she's gone I had the rudest dentist come in and tell me it will take 4 months to get a partial which I no doesn't told me to sign a paper and will put horse teeth in at that point iwas done!!!! I would never recommend this place

Mary was very helpful in the front office and was able to get me in the following morning for an abscess. The hygienist Tricia was very nice and gentle with the x-rays. I don't remember the dentist's name but I really liked her too. I almost didn't call this office because of the negative reviews, but I'm so glad I decided to check them out so I could form my own opinion. I haven't had any issues at all with them and I go back today.

If I could leave a 0 star I would. This place is so unorganized and no one in the reception area has any idea what's going on, everyone there ihas a different story, about when, where, & who or what is going on. Honestly, wouldn't send my worst enemy there.
