My daughter has always been afraid of the dentist. It came to the point she had no option but to go because of needing braces. American family orthodontist has been amazing at keeping her calm. Everything they do is explained to her and if she's nervous they take the time to let her calm down. Highly recommend them to everyone.

Everybody was super sweet & very accommodating. Definitely would recommend! Melanie was so gentle & very knowledgeable. She definitely made my experience with braces super comfortable.

Great office! The staff are wonderful. Doctors, unfortunately, do not stick around long. But care level doesn't change with the doctors.

I was on the phone speaking to multiple reps about the timeframe of my son getting braces put on his mouth. Me being from African-American descent "non white" I speak with a little bit more enthusiasm/debating skills than most people and the lady took it as me being upset, even after multiple times telling her that I was not upset. She then took it upon herself to tell me that it will be in her best interest if we did not work together anymore. Lol She act like she was doing me a favor, like I'm not a paying customer with a clarity question that deserves to be answered! This really bothers me that she threw away a 3yr relationship so quickly. Does anybody know any black Dentist around Avon that understands black people and their culture because obviously America family orthodontics is not diverse enough to understand the difference between someone angry and someone speaking with zeal. "FYI not one curse word nor insult was ever used in the entire conversations."

Dr. Wong and her staff go above and beyond to comfort the kiddos and make all our treatments as easy as possible! We are very happy here. It's hard to find a dentist/ortho to trust your family with and we have!

The ladies here are phenomenal! The staff are very professional and kind. Our 1st visit there was an unfortunate power outage but the staff was very attentive and quick with getting us rescheduled... I would definitely refer anyone to American Family Orthodontics

We've only been for the consultation but it was very clean, professional. They were kind, and respectful to my son and his insecurity about his smile. Shared great detail with their treatment recommendations and options.

Very detailed and helpful staff that took time during appointment and did not rush through visit. A lot of options related to treatment available. I am very impressed with our consult today and the staff knowledge to help us make our decisions.

Dr. Wong was so sweet and gentle with my daughter who suffers from depression and severe anxiety. Everyone on her staff were so nice to us. They even had a super sweet poodle in the office that helped my daughter feel more at ease.

I had a permanent retainer that broke and having moved I didn't have an orthodontist. I called American Family and they got me in the next day to see how they could help. The whole experience was awesome! From the friendliness of the receptionists, dental hygienists and the dentist. Quickly looked over what I needed, got into a chair and repaired it in no time! I've never had this quick of an appointment and with such friendly people! If I had to do everything over and get braces again I would go here. Great customer service!!

Most friendly facility and gentle handlers. Cannot express enough how grateful I am to have found a great group of people who care about their patients. They work so well with my traumatized teen daughter who comes from another orthodontic location where they were careless and rough. Wish we would have started off with American Family Orthodontics from the beginning.
