I just love Dr. Griff. He's friendly and very personable. He's humorous yet professional. He makes your visit to the dentist A-Ok. I really love the atmosphere at American Family Dentistry. What really makes my day is Dr. Griffith. He is the coolest guy. I call him our Gerard of dentistry(inside humor ) He really makes going to the dentist bearable. He talks you through every procedure and that's a plus for me!! He's cool yet professional and that's a 300 for me!! ( more inside humor)

I am a patient at a different location. My crown needed to be re-bonded. My office could not get me in. The Hacks Cross location got me in quickly. It was the most painless & affordable dental experience that I have ever had. Needless to say, this is my new office. Thank you Jay (hygentist) and Dr. Is-A-May (forgive me if I misspelled your name)

This was such a pleasant experience, although I was terrified because of previous experiences prior to this at another dentist this was the best experience ever. The dental assistant was professional and very detailed and knowledgeable and the doctor explained everything to me in detail and I was super comfortable..

My children and I have been going to Dr. Holmes for years. We started at the office on Winchester then moved around the corner on Hacks Cross. He's the ONLY dentist that my baby girl feels comfortable going to. She would clown at the dentist office before we found American Family Dentistry.

The staff is Always courteous,always professional and if at all possible when I have a emergency they get me in and do a awesome job.Dr Holmes is the best with new office manager!!!i highly recommend them for your Dentistry needs !

Recently I have not had the best experience. I made my appointment at least 3 months ago and was sent reminders of the incorrect day. I arrived on the day that was sent to me and when I arrived was told I didn't have an appointment scheduled and that I would have to reschedule. I am noticeably pregnant, so when I arrived for the rescheduled appointment I was told that I was not going to be able to to be seen because I'm pregnant. This is something I should have been asked or told on the front end. The lack of professionalism and disregard for my time is frustrating. I've never had an issue with this dental office being professional until now with their new front desk employees. I like Dr. Holmes but I'm not sure if I'll go back to this office.

the 5 star reviews are from 2 years ago before all the senior dentists/staff left. they are mean there now , no clue why they chose a career in humanities

That was the best dentist visit I've ever had. Griff was awesome looking forward to my next visit. He was very personable and informative. He is great with telling you in-depth about your teeth.
