This is the best dentist office I've ever had the pleasure of being seen at. The staff is absolutely amazing, I've found a new home with American Family Dentistry. They explained everything to me in details and steps from procedures to the bill so the entire staff it a huge thumbs up from me thanks to everyone that played a hand in helping me have the best visit!!

I like walking in for my appointment and not having to wait. Deszarai did an excellent job cleaning my teeth. She's pleasant and efficient. I like Dr May for the same reasons. Kudos to American Family Dentistry!

Very professional staff!!! I was extremely nervous about having a tooth pulled. They made me feel comfortable and was very compassionate and patient. American Family Denistry gets 5 well deserved starts!!!

Everyone was courteous and explained everything I needed. I really was put at ease about the whole process of getting my teeth taken care of. The assistant was very patient with me while getting X-rays (bad gag reflex lol) she was great!

I went in to get fitted for a mouth guard. I was told that a nurse would call the next day with details on when I should expect it. After not hearing from anyone for two weeks, I called them. I was told they'd have to have that same person call me back. That never happened. I called again two weeks later and was first told they didn't do mouth guards. Then I explained that I'd already come in to get molds done, so they transferred me to someone else. That person said they'd get an ETA on my mouth guard and call me back. They never did. After two months, I went to the office to ask for a refund. I was told the office mgr would have to do it, and she was gone to lunch. I was PROMISED that they would make sure she calls upon return, even going so far to write out the note in front of me. Surprise, surprise, I never heard back. Here we are, Three months out, and I'm back in the office for my refund, and I've been made to sit here for 40 minutes. After all of that, I was told that someone at corporate would have to cut me a check in about 2-4 weeks. As someone who has worked in customer service, every single experience has been a pathetic failure across the board. I would never return to this location and may never go to any AFD after this ordeal. They obviously do not care about their patients.

Lane was thorough, attentive, and outstanding throughout my cleaning. Thorough and attentive. Doctor Henderson was hunberly personable. She listened to all my concerns and answered all my questions. My experience today was a A++!!

My first time there today was absolutely great!! I didn't have to wait long and Ms. Tish and Dr. May was so warm and welcoming. I love the staff! Ms. Tish is literally one of my favorite people!!

All of the staff is very polite and friendly. My cleanings and exams are always quick and pleasant. I've been a patient for years and won't be changing dentists anytime soon.

I was extremely anxious about going to a dentist. I worked close to this location and saw consistent business , which in my eyes meant they were good. I can't believe how easy everything was. From making the appointment and filling out the paperwork to the actual visit. Both Molly the hygienist and Dr. Henderson we're absolutely amazing. I've definitely found my new home for my dental needs!

I really like AFD. Everyone was very friendly, from the reception staff to the hygenist and the dentist. The procedure was explained to me, and they even showed me my cost vs insurance cost before we started. Definitely glad I came here.
