Dr. Edward Hochhauser attended the University of Tennessee in Knoxville and received his undergraduate degree in business. He was the Personnel Director for Tulane University for two years before attending dental school in Memphis. Dr. Hochhauser started Raleigh Family Dentistry after graduating from dental school in 1982. Within the next 20 years he opened eight offices in Tennessee. The offices are all part of his P.C., American Family Dentistry, of which he is President. Dr. Hochhauser is married with three children. His hobbies include golfing, running and gardening. And dont forget that he is an avid BIG ORANGE fan!

Came in for an appointment I scheduled a week ago for the rep to tell me that I would have to reschedule. Rep made me feel as if they didn't want to service me. She immediately told me they didn't accept one of my insurance cards but once I provided her with the insurance they do accept she still canceled my appointment and told me to come back the next day. She was giving me the run around for no at all. I even went as far as to complete the paperwork online 2 hours prior to my visit for her to still tell me that I would have to fill out the same paperwork over. This was the worse experience I've ever had at a dentist office. And this was me just trying to check in. If I could give 0 stars I would!

I'm extremely upset with these individuals in the Stage Rd office. Not only did they cancel my Saturday appointment because they were going to be closed but they never rescheduled me and when I called the office they said oh I'll give you a call back and never called me. I had to call them again. They are extremely unprofessional and to me irresponsible. How can you care about your patients but don't follow up. I would not recommend them in the least.

This place is wonderful! Everyone is super friendly and the office is always clean and professional. Miss Annette is the best she does my cleaning twice a year and it's always a good experience. 10/10

I called my insurance company prior to calling to make a new patient appointment. Talk about bad first impressions!! The receptionist answered the phone and was chewing on food to the point that she didnt hear me spell my name and had to ask me to repeat myself. I almost asked her if she was on her lunch break! Then, she told me they didn't accept my insurance. After telling her I had just checked with them and they were on the list of in-network providers, she said that the lists dont matter to them, they dont go by lists. There are about 100 names on the list provided by my insurance, so clearly this company doesnt care for new clients. I will go to someone that is more professional and wants my busine$$!
