Please except United healthcare again I haven't been able to find a dental office as good as you! This office will deep clean your teeth they do an amazing job by hand very thorough work! I miss you

Best dentist office I have been to in a long time with amazing customer service and a great atmosphere!!!. Peter and Sunitha were extremely helpful with getting me in as soon as possible and helping me understand what I needed and the pricing for it. (Peter even called to check up on how I was doing after getting my root canal) Dr. Nguyen was great, she was quick to get me to feel at ease and got me in and out in no time with no pain!!! 10/10 would recommend!!!!

Now, the work itself that was done was good. However, after being told that I was 100% covered through my insurance for some fillings, I received a bill for a much more than 0$. I was called and told from the front desk woman that she messed up and that I wasn't covered, even though what I signed said 0$ would be owed. When I called and asked them to figure things out with me, I received nothing but rudeness saying " it doesn't matter, you're just not covered " and when being told a manager would contact me, they never did. If I wasn't covered, I would have found somewhere that did cover me, or gone with a different filling type ( that they don't even do ). I don't leave detailed reviews much of ever, but it almost seems that this was done intentionally seeing as it has happened to others in very similar ways ( if you read the other reviews ). Most places would own up to their mistakes, and help come to some sort of understanding. They did no such thing. It's frustrating when you are told, expect, and signed to have no bill, then when you receive one, have someone admit fault on their end, and get absolutely no sort of help in regards to it. The situation would have been different if they would have tried to rectify it, or even had some sympathy to their mistake. This may even be my first ever one star review, very disheartening and disappointing as a whole.

WORST dentist office!! They cancelled my appointment without my permission. I only came to know this when I arrived there. The receptionists kept denying to schedule an appointment for me. Receptionists Sunitha & Peter needs to be re-trained to do their jobs properly and to provide better customer service rather than misguiding customers with wrong information and not accepting their own mistakes.

Extremely unprofessional. Deleted my appointment without even notifying me. I walked in for the appointment and they said i didn't have one. The receptionist Sunitha and Peter were extremely rude in handling the mistakes on their end.

The front desk staff was very unprofessional and rude. They seemed like they didn't know what they were doing and asked for same information multiple times but failed to record patient info properly. The front desk staff will be the ones to ruin this place. Don't waste your time here! Find a better dentist office.

Visited the office late April of this year. They said it would take about 4-6 weeks for the claim to be reviewed. I never heard from the ortho/ dental office. I called the insurance company. The insurance company was able to verify that they never received anything from the ortho/dental office. They reached out to the ortho and they said they are transitioning management and would now submit the claim. The insurance company said it would take 3-4 business days to have an answer once they submit the claim. They still have yet to submit the claim and no one from the office has yet to reach out to me to update me. It's time to take my business elsewhere.

Very friendly and professional! Not only is Dr. Nguyen experienced and great with dental work, she also takes time to get to know her patients in order to better accommodate their needs and help them feel more at ease in that dentist's chair! The staff is also extremely helpful and well-trained professionals. My wife, children, and I have all received multiple types of dental services here and have been very happy with the results! Thank you Dr. N!

After two cleanings and one filling, I am very confident with Dr. Nguyen's dental care. Her cleanings are quite good and her very critical feedback about my brushing being too rough on my gums was much appreciated. The filling was quite painless during and after.

I was only a patient with AFD for about 4 months. During this time I experienced the worst care/service I have ever had. 1. My experience with the dentist herself was not great, she was much more concerned with her time than she was my comfort/experience. 2. I had to have a few cavities filled and was hit with a bill that was hundreds of dollars more than I anticipated. After paying I followed up with my insurance provider to make sure I was charged correctly. It turns out this office did not have the filling material that my insurance covered, so they charged me hundreds of dollars to use a different material without every consulting me. 3. I had an issue with a retainer that I needed addressed, it broke loose and I needed it to be repaired or removed. It was causing me pain an moving my teeth so it needed to come out asap. I went to the office to have an ortho take a look and confirm. I was told it needed to come out and we can get an appointment scheduled to get it done shortly. This turned into a 3 month ordeal. I called the office about 5 times during this span trying to figure out what was going on and explain I was in pain and the retainer was moving my teeth. During this whole ordeal, I never received a call back to explain what was going on. This place completely ignored someone that is under their "care". Fed up with them again, i called my insurance company to find out what was going on with the preapproval for the procedure. After all of this, it turns out this procedure is not covered under my insurance. The retainer was causing me so much pain that I would have gladly covered the whole cost just to give me some relief. AFD never even bothered to take the first steps to help me. I cannot recommend AFD to anyone, it could cost you your money and your health.

Best customer service , staff is very professional and Dr. Nguyen is the a great dentist who cares and has empathy and compassion for her patients. I definitely recommend this office and practice.

Dr. Nguyen is so professional and caring. She takes the time to explain procedures and listens to my concerns. The whole office is friendly and they take the time to help me with my mobility since I have MS. The office atmosphere is so relaxing and really puts my mind at ease I highly recommend Dr. Nguyen if you need a dentist.

After working with the head dentist for 3 months and getting everything pre-authorized I asked her to fix a filling. She told me that she did not want to fix it. She told me straight up that she didn't want to do it and I convinced her that I needed it to be done. So she used her finger to smear composite on my jaw which hardened later on and needed to be fixed after. I asked her fix it she gave me a lot of attitude. She ended up not fixing it and leaving it very horrible and uncomfortable for me to talk and eat. I went to cvim, which is a office full of volunteers and one of the dentist help me within an hour. Dr. Anna is a horrible dentist and I regret ever going there. Unless you want a dentist that only wants to do work because she's getting paid extra for it this is your place. But if you want full proper work done go somewhere else. Like CVIM. THEY WILL HELP YOU.
