The dental hygienist Danielle really did a great job with my cleaning!!! She made me feel comfortable and was very patient!!! Definately made going to the dentist a great experience!!! I definately recommend

Great staff. I was just there on Monday for my cleaning and my Dental Hygienist was five star. Dr. Wilson was on point as always the best. I suggest this office if you're looking for a Dentist. They are closed on Friday's FYI. So I'm sure you can get an appointment Monday thru Thursday., so you can keep smiling

Great experience! I ended up going to Dr. Wilson for a second opinion after a terrible experience with another Memphis dentist. The staff and Dr. Wilson was extremely professional and courteous! The office is pristine and the equipment is modern and up-to-date. I would highly recommend this practice!!

The Doctor and his assistant Stacey, are amazing!! They take care AND show care. An unexpected, yet amazing experience. The office doesn't even smell like a dental office!!!!

Spent a long time on hold and suddenly the recording states " no one is available to take your call" They can't be that busy. Every day. Still waiting to get answers about a claim to my insurance for reimbursment. Looking for another Dentist.

The office is clean and the people are very friendly but my issue is with the dental hygienist that clean my teeth she has a tendency not to wash her hands after opening the door touching the door handle too let you into back, will come in behind me put on gloves like she just did me a favor.

First visit... and my hygienist Mrs. Dee was very throughly with explaining everything to me and a way me or anyone could understand. Just went for a cleaning but she did a pretty good job and the staff was sweet and friendly. I'll be back!!

The staff is "friendly" initially, but the communication of information is horrible. If I had a choice, personally, I prefer clarity in the information relayed to me. And when correction is made or their mishandling (untruth) is pointed out, it is clear that the staff becomes very defensive and their tone definitely matched mine, which admittedly was not the friendliest (no raised voice or swearing) but clearly stressing my disappointment in the horrible communication. Because of my self control, I calmed myself down, because it was very clear the staff does NOT even attempt to DE-ESCALATE or go any extra mile to satisfy the customer, but rather they match the dis-satisfied customer's energy... Who is the professional in the situation??

This office is really great. Everyone is so nice, informative and the Dr. Wilson explained everything. I had no questions. Great and easy process.
